“great location”

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Riga Hotel Kungsgatan. The staff was extremely helpful...breakfast buffet offered everything you'd expect in Scandinavian tradition...Rooms were quiet, with nice beds and quality pillows. If you get an interior room, you won't have a window--which did feel a little strange (but not so much that we wished we had paid the extra for exterior room!) The hotel is very close to old city and pedestrian shopping area, perfect for walking.

“Excellent Value for the Money”

Clean, comfortable three star hotel, centrally located. Rooms are small but appropriately furnished and very comfortable. Free internet access included. I would definitely stay here again.

“Good central location”

Centrally situated above a department store on on of the main shopping streets but we did not find it noisy. The main sights are within easy walking distance. There was a good choice at breakfast, including fresh fruit and interesting wholesome bread.

We had not expected the comfort and friendliness we got from this hotel. They were outstanding and the room was excellent for the price we paid for the trip all in. We are seasoned hotel stayers and would go there again.

“The best holiday we have ever been on!”

This hotel is perfect, it has a great central location. Close to shops, nightlife and harbour. We chose not to have a window in our room and it was fine. The hotel is on a busy road and not having a window meant we couldn't hear anything. Staff are very friendly and as our flight was late at night they let us check out later than usual. Breakfast is brilliant there is a great range of meat, fish, fruit, bacon, eggs etc. Overall I cannot fault this hotel and will definatley be going back!

“Perfect Location for Price”

This was our first trip to Stockholm, and this hotel was a steal! The price on Expedia was really cheap compared to the hotel's website. The breakfast was huge and delicious, and the location was wonderful, which was most important to us.

“Nice hotel - rooms are very tiny”

Nice hotel with good breakfast. Rooms are very small (by American standards, fairly normal for Europe) but liveable. Breakfast buffet is excellent. A short walk from Central Station. I was happy with it.

A comfortbale hotel in the main shopping district of Stcokholm. Close to all attractions and the train station. Nicely furnished rooms some with a great view of the market square and concert hall. Good Buffet breakfast also.

“Good central hotel”

Relatively inexpensive for Stockholm which is in general eye-wateringly dear as well as a very nice place of course. Room was simple but adequate. Reception was helpful (fixed minor problem quickly) and breakfast perfectly good. Location is good for city centre, old town etc. Went in nearly the height of summer and so was woken by early sunrise. Take something to put over your eyes if you are here in midsummer - or book one of the (cheaper) windowless rooms.
