“Receptionists were all very nice from the view of US standard.”

I arrived at the hotel 10 am in the morning. The receptionist gave us a room. The room was bad for shower room drain and no bath tub. I told them to switch the room in the next morning. The hotel gave us a very nice room as we expected for "Superior" selection. The hotel has nice contract with a taxi company for transportation between the airport and the hotel with a very low pricing of 350SEK. The breakfast was so nice and even better than paid one of four star hotels.

This is a great find in Stockholm. Unbelievable location in Ostermalm. A great price for Stockholm although the price will vary with season and how busy they are. The front desk can't be more helpful; everyone speaks english. To top off this great deal they include breakfast in room rate and the breakfast buffet has everything you could possibility want. Great place to meet for business in the lobby as it is set up as a meeting place and many persons use it for that. Many restauraunts within walking distance as well as a grocery store. I will use this hotel so long as I need to go to Stockholm.

“Clean hotel in good location”

Good location for walking to Vasa museum and other museums in its vicinity and for walking to ferry for boat trips. Helpful, friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortably furnished.

“Comfortable hotel, superb breakfasts”

We got a great deal with Expedia - 3 nights for the price of 2 - so this really was a bargain. I really liked the Mornington - everyone was so friendly and helpful and the lounge/bar area was a nice place to have a drink (or just a tea or coffee) - comfortable and inviting. I'd certainly recommend this hotel, and would also challenge anyone to sample all the types of food on offer at breakfast - the best breakfast I've seen anywhere! The hotel had everything we wanted - clean and comfortable room, good shower, quiet and effective air conditioning. OK, the location is 10 minutes or so off the main tourist bits but it's a nice area with good shopping, and the Ostermalmshallen indoor market is a tourist attraction in itself, not to mention a good place to have lunch. If we come back to Stockholm we'll certainly stay at the Mornington again.

“Excellent, considering the relatively low price”

Stockholm is one of the most expensive cities in Europe. This hotel is a very good deal for the money. Rooms are clean with modern appointments and the breakfast (included in price) is superb. The location is also very convenient.

Very attractive looking hotel with book lined shelves in the lounge area. Very comfortable bedroom. Substantial breakfast. Pleasant and efficient reception staff. Convenient location.
