“Everything I ever hoped a hotel would be”

This was the best hotel I've ever stayed in -- and at age 60, I've stayed in a bunch! The room was outstanding. The breakfast spread beat anything I've ever seen. And the hotel staff treated me as a personal guest rather than as a customer. There is a little confusion about the hotel's location. On-line sources showed it at three different locations on Birger Jarlsgaten. The correct address is #24.

The Stureplan Hotel is in a great and convenient location. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are a very high standard and the breakfast is great. No complaints at all and would definitely stay here again if returning to Stockholm.

“Great room and location, bit noisy in the early hours”

Fantastic room (superior room) in a really well placed hotel. Lots of good bars and restaurants around. Hotel staff were helpful and the breakfast was good. Only fault would be the noise from the street on Friday and Saturday night.

“Loved every bit of it!”

The hotel itself is a wonderful combination of historic swedish charm and modern amenities (Wi fi etc...). I loved having this incrediblley huge, "old world" chandelier in the common room above the most comfortable beds, next to a bathroom w modern fixtures. Fabulous! And clean! The Stureplan is conveniently centrally located. And best of all, the staff was amazing!! So helpful and patient, from the restaurant staff, to the front desk & concierge (thanks Hakan (pronounced Hoken) and Adam), to housekeeping. Oh- and the food in the restaurant was deelish! And I traveled solo and felt extremely safe & comfortable. The Stureplan is a home run!

Hôtel très bien situé au centre-ville, dans un quartier agréable. De là, on peut rejoindre à pieds tous les sites intéressants. Chambres très confortables, literie de grande qualité. La douche est mal conçue et l'weau déborde dans la salle de bain à chaque usage. À l'accueil, le personnel est d'une extrême froideur alors qu'à la salle à manger le personnel; est chaleureux, serviable et efficace. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié, capable de satisfaire tous les goûts. Hôtel hautement recommandable.

“Perfect Room”

Perfect location, clean and classy room with nice view and super comfy bed. This hotel is ideal for long or short stay. Helpful yet reserved staff. Very accomodating. Been coming to Stockholm for years and have stayed in several hotels. Considering price and location this ranks at the top. Their breakfast is only fair however. It is definitely satisfying but that's it. Some of the other hotels go the extra mile in terms of quality and choice when serving breakfast. Will definitely stay here again!
