The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent and staff were friendly and helpful. However, the noise insulation is poor and our sleep was disturbed every night by shouting, screaming, cars racing and honking their horns, deliveries, snowplough tractor, etc. right outside our 2nd floor window.

Room was clean and contemporary with nice little touches including hand weights, nice room lighting controls. Breakfast was spectacular, with lots of healthy choices, including vegetarian and gluten free options. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent!
Hotel was great, Train was down so took bus from airport to Central station & then tram to hotel. Mavis checked us in & was wonderful. Elevator worked well. Breakfast was included in room cost & was full of great choices. Hotel was close to many areas of interest.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and cute. The breakfast was excellent with many healthy options. Location is convenient to everything and the subway / bus system is clean and easy to use. I found several healthy vegan options for dinner within 15 min walk.

I'd totally go back here, it was great
I really liked this hotel and would definitely go back. It was a great location and good price for such a great location. I especially loved how much space I had in the room.

Terrible vibe in the hotel, awful ambience, extremely hot inside the hotel and rooms. Certain personnel were very rude. The only positive aspect is that it is well located and the breakfast was ok. I would not stay at this hotel ever again.

I liked everything... staff was nice, very good location, room was nice,clean and warm. Also very baby friendly. The only thing it could be better is the entrance (only stairs) , not adapted for wealchairs and baby strollers .

Very Nice hotel.
Great hotel. I visited for one night and was solo, so the bed and room were fine. Only a twin bed in my room so pay attention to what type room you book. Very nice and within walking distance of many restaurants/bars etc.Room was smaller than I'm used to but plenty of space for one.

Good hotel in a perfect spot
Nice hotel in a perfect spot in Östermalm. Short walk to everything and many nice restaurants close by. The room was towards an inner yard so very quiet. Dumbbells for working out in the room was a funny extra.

Nice small hotel
With a super convenient location very close to busses, trams and metro, it was easy to get anywhere in Stockholm. The neighborhood has many good restaurants and lots of shopping just steps away. The breakfast was very nice with a good variety of all the essentials for a satisfying meal. The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. My only complaint was that the internet (WiFi) service was erratic for reasons the staff could not explain.

Nice Hotel in Great Location
We had a very nice room, and the hotel is located not far from the downtown harbor. We only stayed one night after a cruise before heading home. For one night we could put up with minor issues. First, there is no ramp from the street for luggage...it's up a short flight of stairs. A minor inconvenience. Our bathroom had a bad odor, and I advised the desk clerk at checkout. It was unpleasant, but for one night, not intolerable. Overall, I'd say it was a fine facility.

Had an early departure to airport. Front desk (Dag) arranged for food to be ready for me before they began their breakfast service (0700). Incredibly friendly & informative staff. Went above expectations and I highly recommend.

Pick up the reception telephone
Great location, clean. The only problem I had was getting in touch with the front desk reception while in my room. They dont pick up the phone :/

Staff is uniformly friendly, professional and eager to help with dining and sightseeing suggestions. The breakfast buffet is excellent quality and quantity. Rooms and bathrooms are simple and comfortable. We’ll definitely stay here on our next trip to Stockholm.
