“Excellent rapport qualité / prix / localisation”
Impecc. Bon accueil. Petit déj' buffet varié et très bon, inclus dans le prix, et ce n'est pas rien, vu les tarifs pratiqués dans la capitale. Proximité de tous les éléments touristiques majeurs de Stockholm : nous avons visité durant 4 jours sans avoir à emprunter les transports grâce à la situation idéale de l'hôtel (encore une économie car le coût des transports est élevé). Seul bémol : les chambres côté rue sont assez bruyantes du fait de la circulation, mais cela reste supportable.
“Highly Delighted”
We just spent one night in the hotel and were given an upgrade. The room was the best we have ever stayed in overlooking the main street which was beautifully decorated with Christmas lights.

the hotel is very nice a bit of walk to the main high street but you can get on a bus or tube train. otherwise its near of the main attraction such as the harour where you can get boat trips and pick up the tourist bus.

Check in was great, we arrived at 10am and our room was already ready. When we entered the room, the tv was displaying a personalized welcome message. The room was beautiful, with a gorgeous chandelier and windows overlooking the street. The breakfast was great, as was the sauna. This hotel is in a very good location, a 10 min walk from the national theatre and a good shopping area.
“Nice comfy hotel, great location, friendly staff”
My family stayed in this beautiful old hotel in end of april for 4 nights booked via Expedia.com on quite reasonable price. We were given two large twin rooms . The rooms were very comfortable,/ new furniture/ and quiet enough- on the 4th and 5 floor, looking out to a smaller street and backyard. The rooms were equipped with a fridge and an electric kettle- with complimentary coffee and tee. Spotless clean- both rooms and baths -shower rooms with marble floor. Good, abundant breakfast - wide choice of cold and hot meals, fruits,cereal. Great location in luxurios Ostermalm area, It is also only about a 15-20 minute walk to old town - Gamla Stan, Vasa and Skanska museums, boats piers and other major attractions in this wonderful city. Central bus & Rail-station, Arlanda Expres and several department stores are in walking distance also. The all staff on the front desk were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Cristal Plaza Stockholm is nice hotel, completely deserve to be 4 star
“Close to everything”
Everything was so convenient well-organized that it felt like staying at home. The hotel is really located close to everything: major shopping streets, Djurgarden island, 15 min by feet to Gamla Stan. The breakfast is tasty with a wide choice of food. Staff is friendly and helpful.

“great place”
this hotel is in the heart of stockholm. the rooms are small but perfect for sleeping. everyone was very accomodating and eager to give directions and help. in a city where everything is expensive this hotel was a welcome refuge.
“Suited my needs ideally”
The Crystal Plaza Hotel proved a great base for my visit. Though not next to a T-Bana (subway) station, the central location turned out to be in walking distance of all main sites, being 8' walk from the Hotorget market and no more than 20' from the Central Station. I was not sight-seeing, but museums and the historic area of the Gamla Stan are within a near radius of the hotel. An attraction easily overlooked is the enchanting Hummlegarden, directly opposite the hotel. Breakfast was of the standard Nordic variety and had the usual wide range. The staff in the hotel were always helpful and welcoming, and my room was diligently maintained. It was very small indeed, but this was advertized in the booking and reflected in the price. I was well satisfied with the hotel and its location.
