“Fair”

“Efficiency”
I was surprised on how no frills the hotel was. Not luxurious, basic but efficient. Busy hotel with queues ayt the front desk. But overall good exxperience.

Really close to the central station. Easy walk to hotel after the express train from airport (about 300 meters). Excellent breakfast buffet - a lot of selections. Free wifi is pretty convenient. The password changes every 24 hours but you can ask at the front desk.
“An incredible hotel- fantastic!”
This hotel is in a beautiful section of the city. It is situated across from a park and just down the street from the train station to the airport. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A beautiful hotel, a definite destination for us the next time.
“Enjoyed Our Stay”
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable. The hotel is located within walking distance of the main downtown areas and is adjacent to the Central Train Station which has an express train to the airport. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.
“Great design hotel in Stockholm”
Nice hotel, excellent breakfast buffet. Only problem is the glass door to the bathroom.
“nothing to write home about”
this is a new 'design' hotel which is rather boring because there's not much unique about it. the rooms are Ok and the breakfast is good but it lacks the personal touch in all the small details. for example, at breakfast the selection of tea was limited to horrible teabags and no green tea at all -- something i find at the hotel of this level to be unacceptable. the location is great, very close to Arlanda Express, so if you need a place to crash immediately after arriving or when leaving early on, this works well. other than that, there's more hotels in Stockholm that have real charm while providing the same or better quality of service and amenities. PS fitness is not free, for gym and sauna you need to pay extra for each day. this is but another disappointment. PPS they also charge for Internet access. ridiculous but true.
