Second time staying here while waiting for a long connecting flight. Conveniently close to the hotel they offer shuttle service (make sure to ask for the schedule when checking in) and breakfast (the last for an extra fee at booking).

Room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Bathroom was really well cleaned - which is very important to me. Breakfast was the high point of the stay though. I was expecting a simple breakfast but was pleasantly surprised with the variety of food. My only complaint is that, even though I called several times to set up the shuttle pick up service, which is offered with the booking, I couldn’t get through and had to pay for transportation from the airport to the hotel. In fairness I did call the same day I was traveling so be advised and make sure to give yourself time and call a few days before your check in.

An overpriced hostel in an industrial area
This is more like an overpriced hostel in an industrial area. The rooms are tiny .. no closets .. no place to put your clothes. The bathroom is so small that you can hardly put your toothbrush there.I never before paid so much for so little.

Perfect for a layover close to airport or a quick visit to Stockholm. Great staff- friendly and kind interactions. Lovely environment overall. The room was quiet and cozy. The free airport transfer is a plus and last but not least, amazing breakfast!! Highly recommend this hotel :)

Hotel is very nice and stay was comfortable. Bus at 23:10 was not big enough for everyone so had to wait for 30 mins which was frustrating after long haul flight.

The hotel is really lovely. The staff is very helpful and kind. I was exhausted when I arrived and was pleasantly surprised to find it had a restaurant. The hotel is in quite an industrial area, however, across the street there is a little trail that goes into a sort of forest like area that is quite nice to walk in.

Hotel worked well as a 1-night option when having a layover in Arlanda. Convenient shuttle service between airport and hotel with a large breakfast buffet

They did not clean my room and said it was after Covid they didn’t clean them every day unless you asked for it. Dummest excuse I ever heard of. There were no parking available even though this is their big advertisement. Breakfast until 9:30, even on the weekend. Way too early to close. Staff not friendly or helpful.

Not customer friendly. Wanted extra money for 2 hours early check in. Property is maximum 3 stars comparing with hotels in other country. Quality of food very average. No 4 stars for sure. They need to go to Poland and learn. They safe on everything possible probably because of high wages of employees. Everything very expensive. If Sweden is the best country to live probably for people who didn’t see anything better. Not friendly for tourists. But nice and kind young people.

Close to airport with free shuttle bus. Bus stop within walking distance to a local commuter train station to city center in order to avoid expensive way from the airport. Hotel is located in an industrial site. Nothing nearby.

Our flight left the next morning so early we didn't think we would get anything to eat... however, they had breakfast out at 3:30 AM. We traveled over 24 hours that day to get home so we deeply appreciated the breakfast available so early.

The free breakfast was off the charts good. No comparison to the slop that lots of North American hotels serve. North American hotels come here and learn how to do it right.

Avoid like the plague!
I stayed 1 night in Sept., returning from election work in the Baltics, room had a stained bed cover, the toilet rim was not clean, fluid, and human I presume on the wall behind trash can. TV went blank, went to the front desk, she offered new batteries, tv still did not work, evening clerk offered free coffee it was lukewarm. Night manager offered a refund and that has never come

We booked this because we had a long layover. We didn't plan on leaving the property except for dinner; We just wanted to get laundry done, regroup, and get back to the airport early the next day. Imagine my utter dismay when they didn't have laundry!! I specifically booked this property for the laundry. the girl at the counter said they never had laundry, even though it was listed right on the website. It really messed up our plan. She told me I could drag my luggage 100 yards to their other hotel which was under renovation and she could have someone turn on their laundry facilities, but it was 8 PM and we hadn't eaten dinner so I didn't relish the idea of dragging two huge suitcases through a dark parking lot and road late at night. We ended up eating dinner at the hotel dining room. They offered only a few options, and none were really good, but they were expensive. The room itself was ok, I don't have any complaints about it. The next morning, breakfast opened at 4AM, and we had to leave for the airport at 4:30, so we were excited to see that the breakfast buffet was actually ready at 4. There was a lot of things to choose from, and we were very happy with it. We had to eat quickly so we could catch the shuttle back to the airport (having the shuttle made the trip easy- another reason we booked the hotel!) . I just had a really bad taste in my mouth because they didn't have laundry. I wouldn't have booked this hotel if I had known that.

This hotel is convenient to Arlanda. However, the rollaway bed was horrible. Didn't sleep all night. The floor was more comfortable than the bed.

The hotel is about a 15 minute car ride from the airport. It is clean and well maintained. It is very quiet. Breakfast was very good. The nearest town is about 15 minutes car ride. Be prepared to eat dinner at the hotel if you Don’t have a car to go out. Dinner was good but a bit pricey.
