“Rockin at the Berns”

Nice room great bathroom very nice staff great breakfast. My girlfriend and I had a blast at this hotel, the party place. I think there are three clubs to choose from. We made our way down to the club in the basement where DJ yellow and Jeffk played till 5 a.m. the sound was great good drinks and once again great staff. I would stay here again, if your not traveling with kids this is a great spot.

Area recommendations

The Berns is within walking distance of everything. There is so much to see you can spend several days without getting board. The Berns also has access to a really nice gym a 5 min walk away, bring your swim trunks for the indoor pool.

“INTERESTING, ECLECTIC HOTEL”

Berns is great -- interesting, eclectic hotel. Pay more for a larger room -- it is worth it. Sngle rooms are quite tiny. Outstanding breakfast. Limited dinner options. Beutiful eating area. Good location in central Stockholm.

“Excellent location and value”

This hotel met all our expectations. The location was fantastic. It was a convenient walk to all sites and restaurants we wanted to visit. The price was very reasonable with more than adequate comfort, cleanliness, and service.

“The Good Life”

This was a terrific find. Helpful staff, superb breakfasts, generous afternoon tea, and perfect central but quiet location adjacent to a small park, within easy walking distance to Gamla Stan.

Stay in Norrmalm or Gamla Stan for easy access to all the sights, either by walking or public transportation.

“Conveniently located and welcoming atmosphere”

Welcoming and friendly staff, conveniently located in the middle of the city adjacent to a park; lovely of you travel with kids. Hotel rooms need renovation but clean and well equiped. No international cable TV.

“Great location, lots of character”

The Berns Hotel was ideally located in a lovely old building with a gorgeous dining room, and a great breakfast buffet to match. The room was well appointed and comfortable, and everything was in good working order. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The place was stylish yet quiet despite the night club they operate next door. I highly recommend it.

“Great location”

The location of this Hotel was great!!! The staff was super friendly and helpful, one of the receptionist got us reservations to the best restaurants in town and put us on the list to several night clubs. The breakfast buffet was very good and the service was great. The hotel has a great restaurant and bar to visit. I would visit The Berns again if I'm in town.

Area recommendations

The VASA museum is a must to visit, the National Museum has a great collection of art that is worth the visit. The old town in Stockholm is a perfect place to go get great food, ice cream and do a little shopping.

Summer time offers great weather and daylight over 20 hours a day..
