Decent and affordable
I love the fact that their reception is until 2200. It's an affordable yet decent hotel. I think the only cons is that it's too cold in the room even when the heater is on.

Small but very comfortable and quiet room. Very clean and in good condition. Easy to get to from central train station. Will definitely book again.

Thin walls
We were told to come back 30minutes later for check-in time as the room wasn't clean yet. The walls are thin and the bathroom door creaked very loudly, but overall a decent place to stay.

Unique Hotel was awful and did not represent itself properly in its listing. The walls were paper-thin, bathroom flooded when we showered, and the sink was so small, you couldn't wash your face without getting water all over the floor. The worst part was the noise. The walls were so thin that I was awakened by an alarm in someone else's room. The room doors are thick and have to slam in order to close. So you basically go to sleep when the last person in the hotel goes to sleep and you wake up when the first person wakes up. The breakfast food was bad and the meat tasted "off," although it didn't make us sick. The receptionist initially refused to call the owner when we asked to end our reservations early. When she did finally call him, he said he would not even talk to us about the problems. All he would do is give us a different room. The Unique Hotel is pretty and centrally located, but that's where anything good about it ends.

Quite a homely type of place
It's more like you're staying in your own little studio along a corridor with rooms. There are several shared bathrooms, and all are clean so that's fine. The room is nice, clean wooden floor and big window and the bed is comfortable. It doesn't really feel like a hotel because you don't even walk through the reception when you enter or exit.

Чудове розташування, просторе преміщення, скромний але смачнючий і різноманітний сніданок і все це за досить помірну ціну. О, додайте чудовий персонал і можливість залишити речі в камері схову після чекауту, щоб спокійно погуляти містом. Нам дуже сподобалось.

A good location, only 10 minutes walk from central bus or train station in flat road. Very friendly and clean hotel, I'm in private shower and surprisingly with nice hot shower and great water pressure. Only downside the wall was rather thin... Unfortunately can hear next room activity... for about 10 minutes ish!?.. Anyway, good breakfast too.

Breakfast was really good. Location was good for visiting the downtown sites. The apartment we had was very roomy. Negatives were that this apartment was a three floor walk up stairs. The check in guy took our big bag up for us which was helpful. The floors squeaked but this is to be expected with a historic property. If anyone was below us - sorry! Overall we were pleased with our stay and the staff was very nice and helpful.

This hotel is good for a short stay. The room was simple and comfortable but very small and seemed to skimp on amenities (i.e. one single tea bag offered). The shared bathrooms were clean and plentiful but the drains had a truly horrible smell. The staff were not overly friendly but gladly stored my bags for me during the day. It was a shame that breakfast didn’t start until 8am on the weekends as I had to leave by 8am for my flight and had to miss out.

You get what you pay for - ok size room but although we paid for shared bathroom we got an en-suite. Breakfast was basic in comparison to other hotels friends were staying at but then they paid almost twice the amount we did. My only criticism is that noise travels far too easily. People walking up the stairs, opening doors and TV sound travelled through the walls and doors far too easily

Nice rooms, the bed was comfortable. The rooms that face back of the house are very quiet. The shower was clogged and the water stayed on the bathroom floor which was very annoying. Great breakfast for a tiny hotel

Bad experince at this hotel
overpriced for the quality of the rooms and stay. did not enjoy it at all.. shower with broken door, unconfortable toilet, extremely small TV. The price is not right for what you get.

Well, fine, but for that price, you can get much better stay at other hotels even nearby, but well, we tried it this time, and not sure i would want to stay there in the future since there are much better places nearby. The hotel itself isn't really bad, but the noise of the renovation was very annoying, so forget about sleeping later than 08,00 during the period of this review
