Although listing mentions about the bar, came to know that they don’t have license yet. Staffs are nice and the room was too apart from finding a cockroach on the second morning. The room is kinda odd. No closet or a desk. Desk is occupied by the tv. Anyways stay was overall fine

The room was nice and clean, but we paid extra for breakfast and when we got down there (an hour and a half before the end of breakfast) it was bare, the food that was there was cold and it was obviously not tended. Normally I wouldn't complain about hotel breakfast but since they did make us pay extra for this it was very disappointing. I would stay here again but would not pay for breakfast again.

Easy access and proximity to OSU. Hotel is spacious, well-lit and conveniently located. Room was clean and large with Dove products in the bathroom!

Breakfast was an additional 10 bucks, the ice machine had to be done through the front desk and in WiFi had to get a password from the front desk. Needs to be more convenient in providing services at this price.

Thank you for leaving us some feedback. Unfortunately, all Holiday Inn and Suites are required to charge for breakfast. Holiday Inn Expresses do offer the option of having a free breakfast. We do try to make logging into the Wi-Fi super easy and provide the code inside of the key jackets that we hand out at check-in. I do want to apologize for the ice machines, we are working to get them fixed as soon as possible.I do hope that you will think of us next time you come to Stillwater and let us show you that this unsatisfactory stay was a unique experience.
