“Very Clean and reasonbly priced”

This hotel room was one of the cleanest we've been in. The computers were down but the staff went out of their way to get us checked in. It is so conveniently located in Stephenville. If you want a good nights rest in a clean room with of utmost importance a clean bath room and shower - this is the place.

“Decent and affordable”

We reserved 2 rooms, 2 Queen Beds in each. We were only in Stephenville for a graduation, but it was a great stay, the rooms accommodated all of us. In one room were my mom, aunt, and grandmother. My husband and I, with our 8 year old niece and nephew, stayed in the other. Everyone was comfortable in the rooms. We all agreed that the beds were comfy and the breakfast was good. Also, the pool looked nice, and a few guests were having a small barbeque outside. Wal-Mart, fast-food restaurants, etc. are less than 5 minutes away.

“It was okay”

Pleasantly surprised for the price - clean was important, and it was. Free breakfast was not good. A little outdated decor.

“Average place:”

Nice, large pool with tables/chairs, but trash cans left over-flowing. Rooms are OK. Clean and cold A/C-but just average for size,decor.

“OK stay, but the smell is pretty bad”

The first thing we noticed coming in the front door was the pervasive smell of stale smoke everywhere, including in our "non-smoking" room, which obviously was a conversion. The room was as clean, however, as a cleaning person could make it. She couldn't help the smell. We did, however, have a maid walk in on us without knocking as we were brushing our teeth before checking out at about 10 a.m. Coulda been worse. The TV worked fine. The wireless internet wouldn't connect, but the patient employee at the front desk made a phone call, and we talked to tech support, and some time later, did get a connection. Continental breakfast OK, and the restaurant next door is great, but we'll try another motel next time.

“DO NOT STAY HERE”

NOT A 3 STAR HOTEL! 1 STAR MOTOR INN IS A MUCH BETTER DESCRIPTION. Really now, how is a brand new Hampton Inn Hotel a 2 star and a VERY OLD MOTEL a "3 star hotel?" While we were there we didn't see any families, just truckers, road workers, and rent by the month?week residents. DUMP!
