“Clean rooms”

An older facility newly renovated. Our room was the cleanest motel/hotel room I've ver stayed in. The bathroom was so clean it didn't look like it had ever been used. The staff was very friendly.

“Responsive Service”

The hotel has recently converted a number of smoking rooms to non-smoking rooms, without changing carpeting, upholstery, curtains, etc. When we mentioned that our room still smelled of smoke, though, the staff quickly upgraded us for free to a lovely suite. The restaurant, pool, and hot tub are also better than one might expect in a town the size of Craig.
