Hi Saba,Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. It is from feedback, we can grow and improve ourselves. First of all, I must address your comment about the beds. The room that you ordered had two seperate beds, instead of one double. That is the reason why the beds perhaps seemed to be small. Iron and ironing stands is to find in both 0 floor and 15th floor. If you ask the reception, they will be more than happy to show you this. In buisness rooms and the suites, you will have the iron and the ironiong board in your room. The same is with fridge. You have ordered a room without a fridge. It is possible to ask for a fridge, but during renovation there are only a few left over. The hotels in Norway is not used to air conditions. We have something called sentral heating system. The reason for this is because we have more problems with rooms being cold for the most of the year, than warm. The sentral heating system is perfect for this. I am sorry to see that you did not enjoy your stay with us. Hopefully you will try us again sometime, this time with a booking that includes everything that you are wishing to have in your room. Have a great rest of the summer :) Kind regards,

Hello Suraj, Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback, we really appreciate this. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the breakfast as well as the parking house next to us. Bottle of water is only standard to get for free if you are a member of the hotel. In some hotels in Norway, this is not even an option. The reason for this is because tap water here in Norway is the exact same as bottled water - so we do not use it as much. I am sorry that we did not have the first aid that you required. As we told you when you asked, we had a lack of this because an accident during the renovation - but we were waiting for the new ones to come in any day. Slippers is also not a common standard to have in the rooms here, but if you upgrade your room to Superior, Business or Suites this will be a complimentary gift from us. Hi David, I am sorry to see that you did not enjoy your stay with us. Cleanliness is something we take very seriously, so I apologize so much that you did not get a properly cleaned room. I am however finding it strange that you are saying there is no functional mirror. All bathrooms have a big mirror from wall to wall in the bathroom with plenty space for shaving. Soap dispensers is also on the wall of any hotel room and also in the showers. Please inform the reception of this next time, and we will be happy to help you.
