“Great Hotel”
I was only there for a few days, but the hotel was clean, employees very polite and had a restaurant and pool. I wasn't able to use the pool on this trip, but hopefully if I get back to NC, I can use the pool, because I would definitely go back.
“I Had AN AMAZING STAY, WOULD LOVE TO STAY HERE AGAIN”
My week stay was amazing. This hotel is right off I77 and the exit leads right into the Ramada parking. If your GPS isn't updated it will guide you right passed your exit, so beware. It used to be an Hoilday Inn. My check in was an easy 1min check-in with an extreamly friendly front desk lady. It DOES NOT list that it has a refridgerator or microwave, but it DOES! Room was clean, quiet, and spacious. I recieved 1 free breakfast per day, which was very nice. There outside pool was amazing, clean, and the pools depth was 10' 5" at one end. Here are some of the cons- bathroom water pressure was needs to be boosted, Exercise room was small and very hot, with no fans or TV remotes, I had problems hooking internet up, but called there free tech support and got it working. Then found out it was wireless aol/netscape which was slow, but managable. Mooresville was the closest, best town that had everything (12miles). Statesville is an old town with charm. I hope this helps all you travelers. I would rate this an 7 out of 10. I would stay here again, esp. for the value. Thanks

Heading South to visit our children in nearby Harmony, this was an excellent choice for us. We found the hotel staff very cordial and helpful, the room spacious and spotless, and the breakfast delightful. The easy on-off I-77 was important to us, as we did a bit of road-running. We'll stay there again in the spring when we head back to Statesville!

“good overall experience”
Our family enjoyed our one night there very much. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we had dinner at the restaurant. The breakfast was ok but not the best I have tasted and there was no fruit. That would be my only complaint.
“Great Location”
Access on and off 77 could not have been better or more convenient -- plus the best price for gas in the area was next door. Rooms were quite spacious -- but we backed up to the railroad tracks. AC was very noisy. Hotel obviously has been rehabbed quite recently and rooms and hallways were clean. Breakfast selection was huge -- nbut eggs were only slightly warm. Overall it was fine.

The hotel is convenient to the expressway with a good lounge and restaurant
“Slow service but good cooking”
If the hotel is affiliated in any way to the restaurant you must reexamine the waiting staff. We and others waited way to long for service and check-out, although the food was reasonably priced and very well cooked.
“Quick overnight in Statesville, NC”
Although the hotel needs an update (old-style TV, no elevator to 2nd floor, old carpet in hall), the bedding was wonderfully comfortable and a great breakfast buffet was included.
