Good value, great area for pets

Stopped here with our dog en route to GA. Desk clerk was very nice and helpful. Our room was comfortable, bed was great. The hotel is situated so there were several great areas to walk our dog! Would definitely stay there again.

Stayed the nigt on the way to Charlotte. Caulking around shower could be cleaner.

Last Minute Booking

Booked this hotel on my Expedia app as we headed down the highway. We were greeted by a friendly front desk clerk and check in was a breeze. After a great night's sleep we enjoyed a nice hot breakfast (the biscuits and gravy were delicious) and we were back on the road in no time. Just what we needed..

Wonderful hotel. Clean rooms. Excellent location right off the interstate. Staff was friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Their hot breakfast was great - as good as in any restaurant.

Comfort Inn Suites - Statesville, NC

Pros: The Staff.
Cons: Update and paint to give a more modern appeal. A[[eared to be wasted space. The fitness room had a bad odor.
Location: Brochure in the lobby is outdated. The Fun Station 2000 is no longer in business & appeared to be closed for a while. Not much to do in Statesville,NC
The staff are very nice and helpful which made our stay very pleasant. For the price, we could have stayed at a Holiday Inn Express and been more satisfied. The indoor pool was not very warm and a little small. The hot tub was extremely hot. Breakfast was good with a variety of different selections (not much of what I like to eat and and not very hot). Although the hotel was very clean, it needs some updates. Wi-fi access was excellent. We enjoyed our stay but will most likely select another hotel next time with more amenities. I would recommend this hotel if you are there for the amentities - ALL the staff will make your stay quite enjoyable.

Woman that checked us in was a little rude and we stood and listened to her take a phone call and lie to a customer and speak rudely to them about how she didn't have time to help them. We booked a room with a sleeper sofa. Got to the room and there was no sofa. Had to change rooms 3 times to get a sofa and then they never gave us pillows for it. The hotel itself was not necessarily filthy but definitely rundown. The shower was the worst, dirty looking seems and missing caulk/grout. The travel shampoo bottle was half empty which probably means they are recycling that kinda stuff...gross. The bed itself was comfortable as were the pillows and bedding. The sleeper sofa was only a twin size and horrible as comfort goes...even for a pull out it was bad. Overall: Incompetent/rude staff Bathrooms need major work Comfortable bed

The hotel was clean and the staff very nice. However, our room was not fully stocked with towels. Their were 2 hand towels and 2 wash clothes for the 3 of us. No bath matt. Then when I asked for more, we got 2 bath towels and couple more wash clothes. I also had a little problem paying $2.50 for a bottle of soda from their pantry. No cheaper vending machines. Their is also a sign in the bathroom saying how much each towel cost if you steal so I made sure to let them know we didn't steal anything, we didn't have it to begin with. But, like I said, the staff was pleasant and I was not charged for any stolen towels....
