I only liked its reception area that looked nice. Everything else we had a poor experience. Only one person to check in with a queue while two other employees just chatted between themselves. The first thing customer service at the check in said to me was " you cannot collect Hilton points as you booked it through Expedia...What happened with saying Good Afternoon - How are you?". Hilton shop even though it was supposed to be open it was always closed. Hallways to bedrooms were dirty and didn't look like it had been cleaned in a while. Hotel guests on the third floor were the worse with heavy noise until 1am and staff didn't do anything about it. Very limited breakfast choices. No valet parking after hours. Also initially charged me for valet parking and overnight parking - If I hadn't checked my bill I would have been double charged!! Stay away from this hotel as it lacks any management and service.

Hilton properties have always been associated with comfort and luxury. This hotel offered neither. The room and public areas were in disrepair, with broken plumbing fixtures, broken lamps in the hallways and room, mold in the shower and peeling wallpaper throughout (yes, WALLPAPER in 2024!!!). My reasons for selecting the hotel were two-fold: 1) it was in the same office complex as my company and 2) it was a "Hilton". Andrew at the front desk was quite pleasant and helpful and advised the hotel was undergoing renovations. However, when moved to a new room, the conditions were no better. For the daily rate, I expected more from a Hilton property. My advice? Book the downtown Marriott instead. More costly, but also a much nicer property.

Book anywhere else
Unsupervised school trip having a party in the hallways made it impossible to sleep until after multiple noise complaints the hotel changed our room to another floor. Didn't offer to help move our bags, just gave us a new room key away from the kids. Both rooms were dingy, lights that didn't work, sockets that didn't work, bathroom fixtures broken, tiles broken, door hinges broken. Not sure why this is considered a 4-star hotel but I will definitely NEVER stay at this hotel again. The only convenient part of it was it's proximity to the Metro North station to hop a train into NYC...that's pretty much it. Desk staff was mostly rude and/or unhelpful. Us, along with many others on our floor complained about the school kids partying in the hall and the desk staffs response was "It's not our problem. This is a public building and we aren't responsible for peoples noise or behavior." If it hadn't already been 1am at this point we would have left and gone somewhere else if possible.

Aging property
Old property that is aging and it is pretty clear there has not been much reinvestment. A few elevators were constantly down and one malfunctioned a few times. The front doors to the main entrance are falling apart, and the rooms are old and outdated. My shower did not drain properly, so the tub constantly filled with water during showers. The gate leading to the parking garage was also broken and I had trouble getting in and out of the garage. It seems at some point they just raised the gate permanently so guests could come and go. The restaurant also was charging pretty high amounts for normal things ($4 for coffee and $4 for OJ). Definitely not the Hilton brand experience I am used to. Staff were friendly, though.

Our stay was very nice. We had a problem with noise in our original room that couldn't be identified but they were very good about finding us another room and the Staff person who helped us, a man named Reggie, was most helpful and competent and really pleasant to deal with. The staff at this hotel, both times we stayed here, has been most pleasant and that alone makes our stay so much easier. Our thanks to, and special kudos for, the staff people and Mr. Reggie.

The Hilton we stayed at was not up to par. Unfortunately, the elevator from the garage was not working, which meant we had to carry our luggage up two flights of stairs. The room itself was outdated and not clean. The bathroom was especially disappointing, as the tap water would not drain properly. This meant that only the first person to shower would not have any issues, but the other two people were left with overflowing water. Additionally, breakfast was not included in the room, and the hotel restaurant only offered a limited and unappetizing breakfast option for $25.

We were told we would get a discount on parking since the elevators were down and instead of $25, my card was charged $30. The guests with nearby rooms were screaming all night and when made aware, staff did nothing to resolve the situation.

Not what I Reserved
Reserved 2 queens beds had already paid in full, got there was given a fing and an old dirty filthy pull out. Was told they would bring at least some sheets for pull out, never did. Had to call and wait forever. Father and son so not sleeping together and no one could sleep on that disgusting pull out.
