The bathroom has mildew on tiles near tub. There were some loose floor tiles. You could smell the slight smell of mildew standing near bathroom door. The toilet kept running, never filling up like it should. We had to get someone to come fix the toilet, which didnt actually fox it. It continued to run both nights. I did notify front desk about mildew forming in the bathroom. Other than that, the remainder of hotel seemed clean, it was quiet. There were no loiterers hanging around the outside

It was a nice and pleasant stay; but according to the booking through Expedia the check in time was 3:00pm and the actual check in time at the hotel is 4:00pm.

The hotel itself was fine. However there was no enforcement of the “smoke free facility” someone on the second floor was smoking marijuana so much that it reeked of it in the hallways. We were there with our kids so of course we were those people and complained. Nothing was done about it though. If we were by ourselves it wouldn’t have bothered us as much but I had my kids and when the hallway smells and is very obvious I will have issues with it. At one point the key cards stopped working to the pool, which not a huge issue. Other than that the hotel was clean and was fine. I just won’t chose this property again when traveling with my kids.

Only one issue. Out of the 4 days we were there, they only cleaned our room once, after i requested the front desk to do so at least two seperate times. On one of those days, I had to seek out two towels on my own, because I was told by the cleaning staff that they had run out of clean bath towels...Upside, the breakfast buffet was great!

instead of one king bed, I was given two queens, but I reserved one king bed because I'm tall. when I asked them to change to a room with one bed, they refused, saying that they no longer have such rooms. very upset. Moreover, the room did not smell pleasant. It's a shame that you don't value regular customers.
