“Great Location”

Spent a couple of nights there prior to going on a sailing charter. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was relaxing. Had nice breakfasts in the courtyard area. It was quite nice. Location was perfect. Short walk to all the little shops. Nice walk along the water to where the cruise ships dock. At night suggest taking taxis to get around. Just seemed safer that way.

2 min walk from the Ferry dock to BVI so very convenient. Its a clean hotel with a nice bar. Great location, close to the shopping district. Rooms are very clean and modern. Recommend ed.

“Great Value in Charlotte Amalie”

We just needed a place to stay while travelling to and from the BVI, so this was a perfect location - right across the street from the ferry. Shopping and restaurants close by as well. Clean, great staff, good food in restaurant. Very reasonably priced.

The hotel was in a great location for shopping and just across from the ferry to the BVI. The hotel could have done with a little more updates but overall not a bad hotel.

Good, clean stopover. Across from the ferry terminal. Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable.

“Disappointing -- but nice view...”

First off, the experiences during our stay were extremely disappointing. When getting to the hotel, the staff was not at all friendly when checking in. Seemed like they didn't want to be there. On getting to our room, we were disgusted on the state of the room. Walls and floors were extremely dirty -- as if the room hadn't been cleaned in months. Grime on the walls, stains on the floor. The whole room needed some major TLC. Bed was comfortable and no bed bugs so that was a plus. View from the room was great but the road was load (although as was expected). We didn't get service will we were there as we had camera equipment in the room and didn't feel comfortable letting the maids in the room. However, when asking for replacement towels and toilet paper, it was a huge inconvenience for the staff.
