“Very enjoyable stay!”
We love Point Pleasant! Went in March, back in June and hope to return in December!
“Wonderful vacation!”
It was a very wonderful, private place to relax and have a great time. Beaches are beautiful, everyone very helpful and friendly.
“Best Vacation Ever”
Dont listen to anybody who wrote a bad review on this resort, they were cheap and only got a junior sweet. If you get a Junior sweet you will have a bad view and will not be happy. I stayed at the superior sweet and it was amazing, the best ocean views that I have seen in my life. The room was in perfect condtion no damage and very clean, new appliances, and very clean and comfortable bed. Their is also a five star restaurant called Agave on the resort which is amazing. Also they are 2 amazing beaches on the resort sugar beach and pinapple beach. you will feel like you are on your own little island when you stay at this resort. 5 stars in my book
“GREAT”
My girlfreind and I went there for our 1yr anniversary while I was home from Iraq, which I proposed to her on the balcony of our room cause it had such a great view. The place has alot of hills so only recommend this place only for people in pretty good shape. I highly recommend this place though for the service was great and the view everywhere was excellant. Highly Recommended it!!!
“Fantastic Resort !!”
This was our 3 rd visit to point Pleasant. It is our most favorite resort on St. thomas !!! You won't be disappointed ! Great staff and the best views of the Virgin islands !
“Only place I stay”
I’ve been visiting St. Thomas/St. Johns since 1973. I used to go every year. In 1983 I visited the Point Pleasant with my girlfriend (now my wife). We loved it. Close to Red Hook (and St. Johns) and away from the built-up areas that leave visitors wondering why they came to St. Thomas. Over the years we’ve been back as a couple and with our kids. We love this place! It does show a few signs of age, but one look at that all-inclusive plastic eyesore (Sugar Beach) next door reminds us of why we love this place. The views are spectacular and the facility is as close to the natural beauty as you’ll find. It’s the difference between sailing the islands on a private yacht or aboard one of those floating apartment buildings with 4,000 of your closest friends. By the way, rent a car.
“Nice place to stay, with spacious rooms on the bay.”
The stay at Point Pleasant Resort was great. It is located right on the bay over looking St. John & the British Virgin Islands. The Resort is on a cliff, which is great for exercise. (If you are not into the walk, the resort shuttle will take you where ever you want, very convenient). You can walk to your own private beach at the resort or walk to Coki Beach (about 5 minutes, to the other side of the bay). Coki beach is very entertaining. Drinks served right to your beachchair. There is one resteraunt called "Agave" at the resort. Very good food, bit pricey, but good. There is a Bar that serves food until about 10:00pm. It is right on the bay, great place to hang out and meet people.
“Awesome views!”
Gorgeous view from our room and most of the hotel. Also, it had much more character than a chain hotel yet it still offered great service. I would definitely stay here again if I go back to St. Thomas.
“We loved it best view”
the people where very nice and helpfull
“Worth it”
Great location close to Red Hook- easy access to all- will stay here again.
