I LIKE THE LOCATION. ITS CLOSE TO EVERYTHING. THE ROOM WAS AWESOME. I HAD A FULL SIZE REFRIGERATOR, DISHWASHER, WASHER/DRYER COMBINATION, AND STOVE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVERYONE.

Hotel tres bien situé à St-Thomas. Chambre rénovée, belle piscine, bar sympathique, 2 bons restaurants à la carte sur place. Seul bémol, le service à la chambre, nous attendons encore des serviettes propres!. Très bon rapport qualité prix, recomandons cet Hotel.

It was an awesome experience. The receptions were great. They had the best personality. They also look out for the best interest of the customers.

“No stair master needed here...”

Overall a nice place with good eating options and a fabulous view. If you stay in the Pirate's Pension, you will be climbing up and going down lots of steps. Unless you are in very good shape, you'll need to take a taxi into town.

Great location close proximity to everything in town and wonderful view helped to make it even better.

“Great Place to Stay but no Housekeeping!”

The hotel and restaurant staff were very nice and accommodating. The landscaping and scenery were beautiful. My only concern about this hotel was that they don't offer housekeeping unless you pay an additional fee. I feel as though if you stay longer than 3 days (as we did) the room should include housekeeping at least once while you are there.

“We had to move too!”

I had to go to St. Thomas because my brother had passed and needed to clean out his storage locker. After the 3rd out of 8 nite stay, we too where told to move. I received the request at 6 pm at nite after working and sorting out the locker. I was hot, tired and hungry. I was told that it was stated, upon check-in that we may be asked to move. I was never informed of this. I had to move, along with all our luggage, four boxes of "stuff" from my brothers belongs........it stunk!!! I was not happy however, did not receive any concerns from the staff.

“its a time share and you will have to share your time!”

time share hotel, its not really a hotel its a time share. we were told upon check in that we would have to change rooms because the owner was checking in half way through our vacation. i guess i missed that in the rules and regulations . really inconvenient !!! we couldn't really unpack because we were to change rooms. no apologies , thats just the way it is with time share. didnt they now the owners were coming!! another thing was an energy charge that wasn't mentioned either, we had to pay that up front also. not a great trip to this hotel/timeshare didn't help make us happy. i would love my money back!! but that's not going to happen we feel taken. stay at a real hotel and get the services and accomidations you are promised. oh ya the room was advertised as a king bed it was a full size bed. bathroom also had ants all over the place!!!!!
