“Wonderful wonderful wonderful”
My daughter and I stayed at Bolongo Bay for a week. We absolutely loved it and can't wait to go back. Vernita, Viola, Sharon, McCoy, Anthony, Matt, Joleen, and all of the other staff members at Bolongo and the Heavenly Daze boat were fabulous. We had a great vacation and made memories that will last a lifetime! I'd highly recommend Bolongo Bay to anyone. Our room was clean and we were 3 steps off of the beach. Fabulous views. Couldn't have asked for more from a casual vacation.
“great place for a vacation”
Bolongo Bay has everything you could want for a complete beach vacation. No need to go off site for anything unless you want to tour the rest of the island. Our room was clean, comfortable, and close to the beach. There were plenty of beach lounges and umbrellas and water "toys" for all capabilities. Iggies Beach Bar (on site and on the beach) was a fun place with great food, good music, wonderful rum drinks, and awesome wait staff. For more formal dining tastes, the Lobster Grill was a another good place to eat on site although the menu was a bit limited.
“The Best”
Not only have I stayed here but I sent my daughter and her new husband on a Honeymoon here. We all thouroughly enjoyed our stay and were quite pleased with the service and the extremely friendly and helpful staff. I recommend it to everyone.
“great for relaxing can't wait to return”
very clean hotel with friendly staff we enjoyed our honeymoon at this resort and was very satisfied with our visit we definetly felt at home here.
“CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK!!!”
Our week at the Bolongo Bay was the most magical, relaxing, wonderful dream come true! Everything and more that we were expecting! By far, the BEST customer service I have ever experienced in my life! The staff was very friendly, personal, and overly accommodating. The food was absolutely fantastic! From breakfast to the midnight swims in the pool the whole vacation to this resort left us refreshed and relaxed and ready to go back to reality! We will carry our wonderful memories from this experience for the rest of our lives...and "CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK"!
“Absolutely Loved Bolongo Bay Beach Resort!!!”
This was an excellent place to stay for my first trip to St. Thomas. I highly recommend Bolongo and the snorkeling was fantastic in the bay! Iggies and the Beach House Restaurant were fabulous as well! I had the best meal I think I've ever eaten at the Beach House. I loved my experience at Bolongo. Beautiful room with lovely view, fabulous, friendly service and wonderful beach. Thank you Bolongo for making my trip so memorable!
“Fully met expectations - Great people and service”
We stayed at Bolongo Bay for one night before chartering a sailboat for a week. We were looking for a reasonably priced place to wind down and relax. I read a lot of reviews and yes, the rooms and hotel are older and show their age. But the rooms were very comfortable, clean and it was a great stay. All of the staff was very accommodating and we had a great time. The staff at the water front were great and had our 13 and 15 year old boys on the water using the water trike with out hesitation and at n/c. 007 was great at the bar. Water pressure in the shower was quite light and the control valve was loose. It wasn't bad enough to request service since we were only staying for 1 night. If you are expecting the Ritz - pony up and go to the Ritz. If you want a fun, reasonably priced and friendly place - stay at Bolongo!
“Will go back”
I have stayed here twice. I love the way you can walk straight out to the beach from your room. If I stay on St. Thomas again I would stay here again.
“Wonderful stay”
This hotel was everything that I wished for and more. Driving up, the vegetation and landscaping was beautiful. The staff were all so helpful and hardworking. Our rooms were thoroughly cleaned each day. The view from the room was spectacular. It was great to have such a private beach that allowed for long hours of snorkeling and fun water sports. Both restaurants, Iggy's and The Lobster Grille, had great food. The only issue was that the trip got pretty pricy with all the cab rides to get from place to place.
“Excellent accommodations - We would go back for sure”
All the staff was extremely friendly and always helpful. The food was excellent. We went the all-inclusive and it was the way to go with five in our party. Taxi was always available if you want to go to town. Very relaxing for family or for honeymooners.
