Had a great stay in Villa Leoni. Property was beautiful and very large. Had everything we needed for a great stay. Had a few small problems in the property (mainly around some electrical problems) but were fixed quickly when we flagged them.

Disappointing stay in a lovely place!
Certainly the bedroom was not five star standard - we upgraded ourselves at a hefty cost to a suite just for space! Nothing luxurious about it though! Pool was beautiful and pool staff were lovely. However grass at the edge of pool was overgrown and full of weeds for two days of our stay before being cut! The hotel needs some re-decorating in general areas as it stands don’t know how it’s 5 star! Maybe because of the spa and pool??

It’s Frenchmen’s was its charm. Staff very good. Food great. Pool are lovely. Very relaxing. Bedroom like a business room no comfy chairs just desk, poor view.

Very elegant hotel with fantastic service and food. We had a room with a terrace that overlooked the pool. Breakfast on the terrace was plentiful and delicious. A short walk (10 minutes) to the center of St Remy was welcome, especially after some wonderful meals. All in all, a place that rates a return visit!

It is a beautiful hotel, modern and with great facilities and service. It is ideal to relax and rest in a luxury environment if you have already visited Provence before. We used our car to visit the tourist area of Saint Remy because the roads don’t have sidewalks. A good parking area is next to the Tourist office. The hotel also offers a shuttle service for a small fee.

I would return for the breakfast but not to stay.
Pro: good breakfast, friendly breakfast staff Con: it’s hit and miss on the check-in staff. Love the night shift but not the check-in staff during the day. There are two kinds of attitudes on their reception: the “aloof” french and the charming french. I would say that the reception who works during the day will fall into the “aloof” French.

Wonderful
Lovely hotel, short walk into Eygalieres. Great pool area, though it was very busy and a few families during our stay - quietened down towards late afternoon and was wonderfully relaxing.

5* Hotel in St Remy
We stayed for 6 nights and chose this hotel as it was supposedly a 5* hotel and not too far from the centre of the town. However the hotel charged for the shuttle's to take us into town - not something I expect from this grade of hotel. The restaurant is very expensive and the service was poor.

Terrible experience. The hotel is run down in parts. Our room (junior suite) had a broken air conditioner and it smelled like a sewer. We were so disappointed. The manager offered to put us in a smaller room that was very run down and in need of restoration with a $20 discount to the spa....silly. It’s a real shame because the grounds and restaurant are amazing! Please warn guests.

Beautiful hotel with a lovely staff
We stayed at the Vallon de Valrugues for 6 nights and were overall very pleased with our choice. The hotel is gorgeous and is located very close to town (an easy 5 minute walk to the center of St. Remy). The staff were extremely kind and helpful and they had one of the most delicious breakfasts I've ever had! Pool area and pool bar are also beautiful though it was too chilly for us to actually swim during our week there. They also have a well-rated and beautiful on site restaurant though we didn't eat in it (did order room service one night and that was extremely quick and delicious). They give you little extras like free water bottles in your room and a bottle of wine upon arrival which are also nice touches. Our room overlooked the pool and had a little balcony and a pretty view. My only complaint, and it's a small one, was the smell in our toilet room was very unpleasant. The bathroom has a separate shower and tub area and that was fine, but there was an odor from the sewer (or something) in the separate area that held the toilet. We kept the door closed so it didn't affect the room, and I hate to even mention it when the hotel was excellent in every other way, but just to be fair, I felt I had to. However, I would definitely stay there again.

Probably the best pool I've swam in.
Lovely relaxed hotel. We had the cheapest room in the hotel and it still had approx 2 metres space around king size bed. Very comfy bed. Pool is amazing - heated and very quiet until after lunch. Food lovely - we had breakfast and one lunch - but otherwise we loved the restaurants in St Remy - particularly tabac des alpilles. Staff perfectly lovely. Only drawbacks (and we are pretty fussy!) are pool bar only serves a couple of platters for lunch so wouldnt recommend it for food and no English tv channels. Fabulous place would highly recommend for a few days stay here. Temperature was 34 to 36 degrees!

We arrived at this hotel as our third hotel in two weeks. We had lovely rooms at the previous hotels and were paying even more for our room at this hotel, We were shown to a very small room no dressing table and very little room for anything and a balcony with a concrete wall up ti four feet so when we sat our there we had no view and it was very small The bathroom was equally cramped with nowhere to put make up and a close up mirror set far too high for a woman. The hotel itself had a very nice terrace where breakfast was served, the breakfast was good but not included in the price and a very nice swimming pool. The staff were pleasant but when we asked if they had a larger room on arrival they said they could not move us as they were busy. On checking out we asked about occupancy and they said they were not full and I think it would have been nice to have offered us an upgrade on checking in This is a five star hotel with very unsatisfactory bedrooms. We loved this hotel. The location is great next to the forest very quiet private..small boutique hotel of high quality. The reception crew is the highlight in our stay. I am a world traveler and this was unique care..my brother decided to go to UEFA semifinals the day before the game..we used all out connections and couldn' t find a ticket..the young people at reception found one at the french federation website. My brother celebrated it by going to sauna at 10 pm..I wanted to walk to the village at pitch dark with some hesitation.the young lady lady at reception read my mind and gave a map and the hotel' s card saying , " give us a call, we will have you picked up" if you need to on your way back..The village is beautiful and the young people at the reception are so sincere making your stay a delight. We will definetely go to St Remy andchoose this hotel again, one day. :-))

Tasteless luxury
Functional but no charm. Yes it is walking distance from the city center of St Remy, but you have to go accross a bunch of newly constructed condominiums, very ugly. I didn't try the restaurant because the room was tacky, and unpleasant. The staff, though, was very polite and nice. The indoor pool, hammam,jacuzzi were average. I had a junior suite, hospital looking.
