Great location in St Petersburg
Great hotel in a great location. Every single member of staff we met be it reception, front door, room service, maintenance or restaurant, was friendly and professional. It was a real pleasure staying there for a week.

Great service & location
Recently renovated, nicely furnished beautiful rooms. Comfortable beds. Very helpful staff, front desk staff speak good English. Very clean. Great location on Fontanka, near Nevski Prospekt & lots of restaurants. Only problem was the Soviet-style heating so common in Russia: heating is either off or on, so rooms are unbearably hot. But this unfortunately normal in Russia. Also strange, large window with view from bed to bathroom - so can not go to bathroom in the middle of the night without waking up sleeping spouse. Otherwise great hotel, would stay here again.

Great communication, very good flexibility front desk, good room, a bit small, incident in spa due slippery bridge, but great attention at incident as well as attention afterwards, Champagne on room and complementary massage!! Amazing, friendly staff. Very beautiful rooms. Very central with good access to the city center. Spa area is really nice and had more than expected to offer. Everything was above expectations starting from the letter ahead of our arrival to checking out with a little gift.

I enjoyed my stay there. The entire staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. They were sometimes a bit slow with the daily cleaning of my room. But to be fair, I was in my room often throughout the day. This was my first time in St. Petersburg. I will stay at the Rossi Hotel when I visit the city again.

Fantastic location; great rooms (we had a double and twin room for our family of 4); lovely, attentive, efficient service; great restaurant; above all - really nice staff. If you arrive by plane use their taxi service as it is cost effective and their driver is informative and proud of his country and the history of St Petersburg. 2 of us usedcthe Spa and loved it. Tge Faberge museum and Bolshoi drama theatee are 5 minutes walk away as is the main street - Nevskiy Prospekt. A perfect place to base youself to explore St Petersburg, see the sites, see the ballet, eat well and learn much about 18th and 19th century Russian history.

This hotel was amazing! First and foremost, the staff went out of their way to help facilitate nearly every aspect of our trip to St. Petersburg. The hotel is in a perfect location, within walking distance of most attractions in town. Our room was very nicely decorated and extremely comfortable (chandelier in the bathroom even). Breakfast was very nice. My wife thoroughly enjoyed the spa massage services. We would definitely stay here again (and again and again...)!

Second stay at this hotel. Loved it. Few hick ups, but nothing that couldn't be fixed right away. Staff was great, room clean, tried breakfast once, not bad. You can order eggs your choice. about 15 minute walk to nevsky prospect. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Room was extremely small and the toilet kept backing up any time it was used making the room stink. If you stay here pay the extra money for the upgraded room it is much much nicer.

There was construction noise and they gave me Lary room BECAUSE I came with Expedia and they won’t change the room .Clearlt the they arrange bad room for Expedia customer some reason and not nice . Everything about the Rossi Hotel was superb. The one thing that really impressed me were the staff. They all went out of their way to welcome us, spoke great English, called taxis for us and instructed the drivers as to where they were yo take us AND negotiated the price, answered our questions, offered suggestions, made dinner reservations for us, and conversed with us and made us feel extremely welcome. Whoever trains their staff gets high praise from this retired teacher now a world traveler!

What a fabulous hotel, the staff on arrival and throughout our stay were amazing.the hotel is situated in a beautiful area of st Petersburg surrounded by canals and beautiful buildings. A short walk from the faberge museum and the main st Nevsky prospeckt. Spoilt for choice for restaurants and cafes and all very cheaply priced. Beautiful hotel with the best staff! Seriously, some of the best customer service I've ever received from a hotel. I needed a lot of help for various reasons, both before my arrival and during my stay, and the staff was always friendly, patient, quick to answer/assist and extremely helpful. Truly a standout experience! The location of the hotel was within walking distance of everywhere we needed to go and the hotel/room was spacious, clean and had access to all the amenities. Wifi was reliable. I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Saint Petersburg!

Lovely hotel close to everything
The staff at the Rossi are UNBELIEVABLE. From the door man who greets you every time you go in and out and produces maps to help you to find things, to the reception people who call cabs and make bookings, to the spa people and the lovely young man who helps with bags (Hi Ruslan!), and the restaurant people who provide excellent food and service, everyone in Team Rossi make you feel so at home I felt genuinely sad to leave. Nothing is too much trouble to them. Do yourself a huge favour and stay at this hotel. Cannot praise it enough.

Beautiful stylish hotel with great location
Beautiful property with great central location 👌 Very comfortable beds with stylish decor also loved the spa and clever pool. Hamam scrub with black soap recommended. Also enjoyed the elevator with a view! ☺️ Areas for improvement: front desk attitude. For such a hotel, I expect the staff to be able to recommend a restaurant rather than advise me to just walk down the main high street!

Good location. Right on water about 20-25 min walk to Hermitage. Nice rooms with good curtains and clean and modern bathrooms. Beds were comfortable and rooms big enough to move around in and put your stuff away. The staff was excellent and super friendly. Breakfast was fine, but more fresh fruit would be nice. Overall a very good hotel especially for the price.

Well located hotel with friendly staff
An enjoyable stay in Central St Petersburg in this friendly hotel. We had rooms overlooking the courtyard which meant it was very quiet at night, which we appreciated. In the hot, humid weather in July the hotel's very effective air conditioning was also much appreciated.Afternoon tea from a samovar in the 5th floor lounge was a lovely touch. Altogether a good hotel that we will stay in again when we return to St Petersburg.
