“St Petersburg experience”

“Une situation et des services exceptionnels”

La réponse à la demande d'attestation de séjour pour l'obtention du visa est rapide et performante. L'accueil est en anglais ou en français. Et tout est fait pour vous rendre service : taxi, navette, réservations ... La situation en plein centre permet d'accéder à pied aux diverses visites et centre d'intérêts. Les chambres sont neuves, jolies et bien équipées (accès wifi, repassage pantalons, coffre fort, bouteilles d'eau et chocolats offerts). La salle de bain est bien à tous points de vue. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est vraiment incroyable : un choix et une variété que je n'avais encore jamais trouvés auparavant et tout très bon. Et si jamais vous y séjournez pendant votre anniversaire vous aurez une belle surprise en retournant le soir dans votre chambre ... En résumé un lieu de séjour que je recommande sans aucune réserve.

“good choice”

Well maintained, stately hotel with an accommodating staff. Ask for a room facing the quiet interior courtyard. Located on the busy Nevsky Prospekt shopping district, about a 30 min. walk from the Hermitage. Restaurant and bar have excellent food and are priced accordingly. Reasonable exercise/weight lifting facility on site. Free wireless internet access in a comfortable room that has older character, but modern plumbing with radiant heat in bathroom floor. Declined ~$100/night upgrade to business class, which includes a larger room and breakfast. Bottled water provided by hotel. The hotel water is filtered, but as is true for most of Saint Petersburg, it is advised not to drink the water. Very happy with this choice.

“Best by far”

We had a very pleasant stay at this upmarket hotel. The service was prompt and efficient right from the moment we checked in. Staff we encountered was able to converse in good English and always very keen to help. Breakfast is a real treat with a very wide choice on offer. Food in the restaurant quite expensive though. Room was spacious and clean and despite it being on a busy street it was pretty soundproof. The bathroom amenities were first class. Leiasure facitilities not extensive, but the sauna and jacuzzi are both of a high standard. The hotel is easy to find from the nearest tube station. Altogether a very positive experience and comes higly recommended.

“Great place to stay”

Stayed for 2 nights over the Easter long weekend. Found the staff to be very helpful and friendly and all spoke excellent English. We arrived at 8am from an overnight train trip(6 hours before scheduled check in) and they accomodated us by allowing us to check into our room. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, the bar was great and very comfortable and inviting (although not cheap). And location was fantastic for getting around! Would definitely stay there again.

“Perfect for Work or Leisure”

Centraly located on the main street of St. Petersburg, a visitor can walk to many sights. Friendly english speaking staff. Very effecient Concierge. Utilized a driver and car from the hotel more than once. All around superb experience.

“impression correspond expectation”

Everything was good. Only one notice. In the evening the restaurant was closed for party and they proposed to have dinner in the bar. We were waiting meals too long...
