“Needs New Beds”

This is a "grand" historic hotel but on a comfort basis it needs some important upgrades. We were there 8 nights and the bed was so "saggy" it was literally painful. We told the hotel about it and they place a large sheet of wood under the mattress but it really did not help. So that made the stay horrific!
