“Last trip before grand baby”
I give this place a 10, good view, nice room, friendly staff. I will come back again.
“Great location.....Very Friendly Staff”
We booked a suite which was unavailable the night we checked in, the staff at the front desk was very apologetic and moved us to a suite the next morning. The hotel is clean, the staff was wonderful, and our room was facing the ocean. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance to the motel. We will stay at this location the next time we are in the area.

The location was great! For the price, the fact that it was directly on the beach made Surf's Inn unbeatable. We went for spring break and were very pleased. Its definitely not your typical Spring Break Party spot, (most of the other guests were older or small familes) but that was what we were looking for...We just wanted to be on the beach! The room was comfortable, but wifi and a microwave would have really helped! The heated outdoor pool was a huge plus for us since in early March it was still a little chilly outside. The area is nice with several beach-y restaurants and John's Pass nearby.
“Great Vacation”
Little disappointed at first but felt much better after moving to larger efficiency room. Older hotel but very clean. Pool is right on the beautiful beach, hope to visit again next year.

My daughter and I went for the week on a tight budget and were very pleased with the motel. Nice location on the beach not very crowded, the guests at the hotel were usually small families and older guests. The staff was very friendly, housekeeping did come early but was friendly. Did not try to rush you or anything. Beds not very comfortable but not many places other than home really are! My daughter loved the motel. Will be returning yearly!
“Right On The Beach”
This hotel was perfect for what I was looking for. There wasn''t anything special about the hotel itself, but ... It was right on the Gulf. Every room overlooks the water. The pool was right outside my door, and there were common areas with tables, chairs and two grills. The location is perfect. Right outside the front lobby was the trolly stop. For $4.50 a day, you can ride ten miles up or down the beach in any direction, getting off and on as many times as you like. If you are looking for a mid grade hotel that is very affordable, this is the place for you.
“Very nice place.”
I thought Surf's Inn was great. Right on the beach with a lovely view. Decor was older but everything was clean and staff was friendly. Within walking distance to many great touristy places. Well worth the price. Would definately stay there again.
“Very pleased”
We stayed at this hotel while looking for a home in the area to buy. This hotel may not be the most modern but it is clean and comfortable.and the veiw of the gulf is unbelieveable as were the sunsets.The staff was great and very helpful. We purchased a home in the area but I will surly go back for a relaxing weekend on the ocean..
