“A Really Good Value for the Money”

This is an excellent value resort. The room was clean and well-organized, and contained all of the amenities you would expect. The furniture was in good condition, not outdated. The facility itself seems to be well run. Only small drawback was a missing TV remote. The place is well-located on Treasure Island, near a number of dining options. All units have gulf views I think. I would definitely would stay here again.

“Very enjoyable stay!”

Our second stay at Surf Beach and once again loved it! Great central location on Treasure Island within walking distance to several restaurants as well as the Publix grocery store. The beach is right there and all units have the view and can enjoy the lovely sunsets. Super comfortable beds and everyone loved the pillows! Surf Beach will be our first choice for our next visit!

“Great view, very relaxing!”

We stayed at the Surf Beach Resort for 4 nights. The view of the gulf was wonderful. The beach was very wide so there was plenty of space. We enjoyed eating ou meals on the patio that over looked the gulf and the pool.

“Very Nice New Condo”

My family was there June 2007. Our condo was very nice and clean. Bldg is only 2 years old so there cant be a bad one. Stayed on the 6th (top)floor, away from the elevator so wasnt bothered by that noise or by people walking overhead. Friendly attendant on duty only from 9 - 5 p.m. No one to contact after that. Remember this is a condo so there is no staff of any kind. Gas station, Walgreens, liquor store all within walking distance. Trolly stop is right across the street. Beach access is easy and the beach was almost deserted. Beautiful views from condo. Even tho right on the beach, the walk can be quite long for infants or older people. You wont want to be running back and forth to the condo. Werent any hotels or condos directly on either side. We flew Alegiant Air into St.Pete/Clearwater and travel time was about 30-40 minutes. One great thing is each condo has a designated parking spot. No driving around and trying to beat someone to a spot. Highly recommend to family or singles. Nice and quiet during the day and night and the nightlife is close by if you want it.

“A Truly Wonderful Place To Stay”

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and there was plenty of room for all four of us (2 adults and 2 children). The condo was located right on the beach. It was beautiful. We are most definitely looking forward to another trip there.

“Excellent Choice”

The hotel is new - very clean, nice, and comfortable. The staff is excellent!!!! The hotel is in a great location. The area is safe for walking at night and was not very crowded. (The "beach police" were seen very frequently - esp. at night.) This is a perfect place for a family vacation. The hotel was even better than we expected. The lady working in the office gave excellent driving directions and was very knowledgeable about the area. We would love to go back and would definately stay at Surf Beach again. The kids loved it as much as the adults.

“A fantastic place to stay”

We thought the Surf Beach was an awesome place. The room was spotless and the staff answered all requests immediately. If we were to offer any suggestions at all, one would be to verify working condition of all appliances. In our room, the coffee pot kept malfunctioning and the dishwasher didn't get the dishes clean. All other appliances worked perfectly and were top of the line. The second would be, the bathrooms could use a bit more shelving. A place to put cosmetics, lotions etc. Those are actually being nit-picky. We would recommend this establishment to everyone. It was beautiful!

“Will go back again”

We travelled to Florida for Spring Break. This hotel was perfect for our family of four. The balcony had two separate doors to access which made cross breezes great. The pool was perfect for the ages of our kids. The only problem was the older teenagers who "took over" when it suited them. Apparently the dirty carpets in bedrooms will be replaced sometime in the near future. The beach is brilliant and the waves and water warm. Long walks along the beach were fantastic. A definite place to return to in the future. Very sad to leave the beach life.
