“Exceeded expectations”

The condo was close to perfect! Very comfortable & relaxed. We had a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit and it was huge - plenty of room for us and our 2 teenage boys. Kitchen was well stocked and included a large fridge with icemaker, microwave, stove, dishwasher, blender, coffeemaker & toaster. Flatscreen TV was huge, and came with a DVD player and they both worked great. Both bedrooms also had smaller TVs. Only used the washer & dryer once, but they were full size & worked fine. We were on the 3rd floor (308), above the pool, but never found noise to be a problem. You could hear kids & conversations, but it never bothered us. Played lots of shuffleboard & pingpong, had a BBQ, played in the pool & on the massive beach...all in all, a wonderful place to stay. Treasure Island is small enough that we walked to most places. We all agreed we would definitely stay here again.

“Just like the pictures”

It was amazing, it is a condo with all the luxuries of home. We loved the pool, used the barbeque, our one bedroom had a washer/dryer/dishwasher. Every condo has full waterfront view. I will definately be back again next year and would recommend the South Beach to anyone.

Excellent place to stay for a couple or a small family in the Tampa area. Located right on the beach, you can enjoy the Gulf of Mexico at any moment. We were there for 10 days and I can't wait to get back there. The price is more than reasonable and the room is fully equipped.

this place was exactly how we veiwed it from online. we had the most beautiful view of the sunset every evening.the room was so clean and we had no want of anything as, everything was supplied in our room.I woulg recomend this place to anybody wanting a peacfull stay.

“Wonderful getaway!”

We enjoyed our stay at South Beach Condo Hotel. Our view of the gulf was magnificant.The condo was very comfortable and had everything you need for your stay.The staff was wonderful. Only complaint was the water pressure in shower. We will be sure to visit again. The area was awesome, nice and restful and not all the hustle and bustle of the big city.

The hotel was attractive, all the amenities we were wanting, very clean and well maintained. All of the staff with whom we interacted were very suited for the people service required for this type of business and super friendly.

“Enjoyed our stay but would not return because of the beach”

My wife and I spent a week at this location in Feb., 2007. The hotel is clean and well-maintained and the staff is helpful. The room was fairly clean. The only downside to this locaton is the beach - it is full of broken shells and very difficult to walk on in either your bare feet or with shoes.

“Already planning next time”

We were very impressed with our one bedroom condo. It was nicely updated and clean (other than the balcony which I swept and mopped right after we arrived -- thank goodness there was a mop in the closet!) The view was outstanding. We were planning to BBQ but there was no gas grill so we just skipped the steak idea and purchased foods we could cook inside on the stove. It worked out fine...probably more convenient than trucking up and down stairs to BBQ. The staff were friendly, the entire facility and grounds were very clean and well-kept, the pool was always clean and a perfect temperature. The beach was a bit of a walk, but we really didn't mind it. Just make sure you have everything with you because it's a long walk back to your room for a forgotten item! Sunset walks along the beach were AMAZING and it was really nice to have John's Pass so close. We walked there several times during our stay. LOVED sitting and watching the pelicans diving by the bridge! The large flatscreen TV in the condo was a definite hit with my husband. The condo was well equipped with dishes, pots, pans, etc. and they provided dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent and the bathroom had dispensers for shampoo, conditioner and body wash. They even provided beach chairs which we used every day, and a beach umbrella. We really enjoyed our time at South Beach Condo and are already planning the next time we can visit.
