“My family loved this hotel”

The room was very clean, the staff were pleasant. We enjoyed watching the small alligators in the lagoon by the hotel. The pool was perfect. The hot tub was drained, cleaned and operational within hours and it didn't look like it needed any cleaning. The hotel room smelled clean and that can be difficult in Florida. The mattresses comfortable. We were central located between beaches and other attractions like the sponge docks. Great breakfast--everyone in the family was pleased.

“Very satisfied”

The hotel was precisely what we, a family of four, expected; room was not extravagant but comfortable and clean. Pool was clean and a welcome diversion at the end of the day. We had no noise from the highway on which the hotel sits (our room was in back). Complimentary breakfast consisted of hardboiled eggs, donuts, bagels, muffins, toast, cereal, fruit, juice and coffee. One minor problem with room was fixed immediately. Would recommend hotel and would stay here again.

“Super clean.”

Our room was super clean, bathroom, carpet, etc. Beds comfortable. Waterview was man-made canal but it was water. Desk attendant refused to give us anything but ground floor, claiming no other rooms available but the parking lot was never more than 1/4 full- annoying but no big deal really since it was Fla in the heat of summer so too hot to use it anyway! Balcony was small but if you had upper floor it would be a secluded, nice place for a glass of wine, etc. Hotel was a very good bargain at today's prices and all-to-frequent cleanliness substandards.

“Great Location, Great Price, Great Room”

The hotel couldn't be easier to find and even though it is right off 19 there is no way you could tell you were by the highway when you were in the room. Our room had a balcony overlooking a harbor where we could watch boats sail by. Another great feature was the convenient parking and the complimentary breakfast. They served the usual fare (fruit, eggs, bagels, toast, cereal) and a the nice Floridian touch of fresh squeezed OJ. Overall I highly recommend this place and I plan to stay here again for the quality of service , lovely accommodation's, and the 25min trip to Tamps Airport. Enjoy!

“Great view”

I came in at night. Thought this hotel was nice but nothing special. When I got up the following day, I was suprised by a wonderful view of a lake from my 4th floor balcony. Service was excellent. The no paper reciept policy of the hotel was the only negative.

Nice main lobby with friendly staff. Room was big with nice view.Room was also very clean. Pool was very nice and clean too. Free boat rides every week around the lake. Nice breakfasts. Located in a nice area and easy to get around. I am going to stay here again.
