The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall our stay was great! The gentleman’s club right next door was a little off putting but that has nothing to do with the hotel.

The hotel met our needs and perfect location for what we were doing. The hotel was very clean and staff were super friendly. The room was very spacious. We stayed in a suite.

Ivy Who checked me in is a sweetheart. Very clean with a nice pool. A Burger King was within walking distance and I had my first whopper and well over five years and it was wonderful. Water pressure for the shower was fantastic and the breakfast of bacon and eggs bear claw and yogurt was wonderful. Well worth the price.

Need to check room doors are shut after cleaning we guest still is renting room and housekeeping needs to check to see if guest is checked out before entering to clean room. Please let your employees know.

Nancy at the front desk is absolutely amazing. She was so helpful and gave us great advice on a nice, quiet beach. We didn’t use the pool as it was unseasonably cold and windy but it looked beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice property. Convenient to get to from most major highways. Unfortunately, it’s on the flight path for the airport. Can be noisy intermittently.

Room was terrible dirty bathroom light and fan in bath didn’t work ac was loud something wrong with it light lenses is shower fell on me Peeling paint in bathroom tv guides not working And to top it all of they needed to shut down electric so room was hot and couldn’t see how Expedia rates this hotel 8.8 is ridiculous

Avoid it!! Gentlemen’s club next door, dirty sheets and actual food on the comforter, weed spilled in the hallway, they gave our room to someone else with our details still on the reservation which still concerns me about charges and it took over an hour to get a new room. It was so dirty, would never go back.

Nice place, staff is professional and friendly. They do provide transportation to Clearwater airport, wish they did for Tampa airport but that will not stop me am from staying with them in the future.

The staff where extremely nice and accommodating, they always had a smile and where overall so sweet!! only thing I could comment would be the room smelled a little funky so we bought fabreeze and it was better. Pool was cold but it didnt stop the kids from swimming.

Good stay -- would book again. That said, having to schedule housekeeping when needed/desired seems a little below what ought to be provided. Ditto bath towel exchange advertised available at front desk. Exceptionally good breakfast with friendly staff. To reiterate lead comment, tho: good stay -- would book again.

Room was clean, very spacious, good price for what we received. Staff was super nice and helpful! Breakfast was great with lots of options. Pillows and blankets could be more comfortable and the shower didn’t work all that well but overall the room and our stay was great! Would absolutely stay here again and would recommend.

The gentleman club and vacant building next to the hotel were sort of depressing. Made us worry about the area safety was planning on using the hotels pool, but made us nervous to go out there. The hotel itself seems fairly good condition although the shower was needing some repairs. Staff was very good in breakfast area was very nice.

The hotel information said it provided airport transfers. After booking the hotel we learned that the service stops at 3PM. Our flight was later than that, so we had to take an Uber. The next morning, we inquired about the schedule for the van to the airport and was told the driver did not show up for work so it wouldn't be running. The shuttle was the reason we choose the hotel, and it ended up costing us over $40 in Uber fees. There was no apology or concern from the staff, and I sent a pleasant email concerning this issue and never heard back.

I appologize for the aggrivation this issue has caused you. For the most up- to- date information about our property please view our website directly. On our website it states "Airport Courtesy Shuttle available 7 days a week from 7am to 3pm only, to and from St. Petersburg-Clearwater Int. Airport-PIE." However we have been discussing what steps to take make the shuttle more available for our traveling guest.

The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that the shuttle to PIE started at 7:00. When you fly Allegiant, the flight I need is at 7:00, so I have pay for a taxi or Uber to get to my flight.
