“WOOOOW! More like a hotel than a motel!!”

Ok this motel is one of the best motels I've ever used. First of all the water pressure of the shower is unlike any other, it's stringer than a 5 star hotel I've been in. And the bathroom is very well decorated!! I stayed here for a 3 day beach vaca and found very great reviews and good price on the motel. It's close to the beach it only took me 4 min to walk there, even though the street of the motel has nothing on it and there a big empty lot next I didn't mind because that made it quite in the night away from all the fuss and noise next to the beach! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very useful and had everything available from dishes and cookware to olive oil. The fridge was big and new and no loud sound from it. The decoration of the room was very beautiful and made me feel like I wasn't at those ghetto run down motel that don't spend their money on anything. This motel is very well taken care of!!! The area inside the motel was also beautiful because the owner made it very tropical was big trees and plants which made it look secluded. It's like entering a tropical island!!! I will come back to this motel for sure because every penny is worth and I'm not missing out in staying in a fancy hotel on the beach when all I need is a comfy bed plus I get a big kitchen with all the nessasery items for a fraction of the price that a 4-5 star hotel doesn't offer

“Cold in Florida”

Very nice owner, however this hotel is very old and although much is done to keep it pleasant it is not all that nice. Key point, the rooms do not have central heat. We did not stay the night we were scheduled as the tempurature was dipping into the low thirties. The owner gave us a small cube space heater and offered another one; but it was just way too cold to think of sleeping there. He refunded our first night stay, but not the deposit. OK, since that is the rule.
