Access to Hotel is difficult 1st time, but for an extended stay, one-time is not bad.

“Super place to stay! Exceptional price! Great location!”

Hotel was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Our reservation was for a non-smoking room but they had us set for a smoking room. When the desk attendant asked us and found out they had a mistake, she quickly corrected it and put us in their "show" room within minutes. The location is wonderful as it is only minutes to downtown St. Charles and a short drive into St. Louis. Chain restaurants and shopping close by. We will definitely stay here with the kids when we visit St. Charles again!

“Surprising value”

Since the deal I got on this room placed it well below the competition, I was wary that there would be a catch. What a pleasant surprise to get a totally clean, fresh-smelling room and everything relatively new-looking and everything working. The kitchen was so cute and compact, yet user-friendly. I would have been comfortable staying there for a much longer visit. The girl at the desk was really nice and looked up a local phone number for me. With the Mid-Rivers mall only two blocks away, this location had the bonus of convenient shopping. The only issue was that the key was unusual, and it took me a few tries to get it placed correctly to actually open the door. I would definitely go back.

For the price this hotel was very good. I was just passing through and this hotel was just off the interstate. I would recomend this hotel. There was not pool or hotel restaurant but I was not looking for that. There were plenty of restauants within driving distance.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and love it! The staff is VERY courteous and the rooms are nice and clean. Very good hotel for the money! Easy access from I-70.

“Good quick overnighter”

I was a late check in but had no problem other than parking close to my room. Though the hotel is next to I70, it was reasonable quiet and the staff were very helpful. Would stay again under the same circumstances.

Hotel was not as expensive as others. It was a good place to stay. The non-smoking room did smell of smoke though. If you are looking to save money, this was a satisfactory hotel for us. If you are looking for more upscale... keep looking.

“Stay at the Extended Stay”

My husband and I enjoyed the stay very much. I was very impressed with the decor. The staff was friendly and very much on top of things. The only "negative" was that the chairs in the room were more like desk chairs, and there was no comfortable lounging seating. For an extended stay, you would think there would be a sofa or recliner, or at least a comfortable padded chair to relax on. But, we made the best of it and lounged on the bed when watching tv. But the price was right. We would definitely stay again.

“Average Rooms, Great Service!”

This was probably my 5th or 6th stay at this particular hotel. Each time, I have found the service to be friendly and very accommodating. Too often, it does take me more than one room visit to find one that truly is non-smoking and average in amenities. Because it appears the hotel is older, amenities such as the TV, coffee maker, bathroom upkeep, etc. appear to be less than average or expected, especially for an extended stay. Yet, because I value the service and, if patient, I can find at least an average room, I continue to return; and, yes, the price is usually pretty good.
