Coral Beach Club offers 24 air-conditioned accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors and feature washers/dryers and CD players. Balconies open to ocean, pool, or water views. Accommodations offer separate sitting areas. Beds feature premium bedding. Flat-panel televisions come with premium satellite channels and DVD players. Accommodations at this 4-star condo have kitchens with full-sized refrigerators/freezers, stovetops, microwaves, and separate dining areas. Bathrooms include showers with handheld showerheads, double sinks, bathrobes, and makeup/shaving mirrors.

“Best experience”
Everything was perfect. I would definitely go back.
“Great Location - Better than expected”
We just returned from a wonderful stay at the Coral Beach Club (CBC). We stayed in a 3 bedroom beach view villa,it was 25 yards from the beach and more privacy than a beach front. The private pool was great. The staff was wonderful, they met us at the airport, arranged for a rental car to met us at CBC and then returned the car at the airport. Taxi are very expensive so a rental car is a must. Big Fish restaurant is very close to CBC and VERY good. It was nice to walk to dinner. Oyster Pond is a quieter side of the island which we enjoyed. The beach was nice and very enjoyable but the surf is much stronger than other beaches. All told this was well worth the money and great location. We didn't want to leave!
“A luxury vacation - Wonderful Place- Can't Wait to Go Back”
If you are looking for a beautiful vacation in stunning accommodations and with helpful and friendly staff, stay at CBC! We had a wonderful time and will be back! Upon our arrival to CBC, Anjun, the manager upgraded us to a 3 bedroom and 3.5 half bath beach view villa - with our own private pool off the patio! As Jacque, from concierge services, gave us the tour of our villa, we were in absolute awe. The place is stunning - photos could not capture the absolute beauty of this place. The kitchen and living room was so large. The kitchen was fully equipped with high end appliances and all the utensils we needed. The staff was so helpful with restaurant recommendations and driving directions.

“No where else I would rather be”
We arrived a day late due to flight delays and they let us extend our stay another day. Worked with us to get that all worked out. The villa was so much more than I thought it would be. The villa was gorgeous, the views were gorgeous, the pool and terrace was great. It was a bonus to have beach towels and bathrobes in every room. Anything you could want to have was there. I cannot say enough. You have to see it. If you have the opportunity select the Coral Beach Club to stay at. You will not be disappointed.

We had an outstanding visit to Saint Maarten and the Coral Beach property was wonderful. A rental car is highly recommended. Wonderful restaurants in Grand Case. Dawn Beach was very nice - but there are lots of very nice beaches on the island.
“Absolutely love this place...would return in a heartbeat!!!”
Great accommodations, great location, great experience...one of our best Caribbean vacations ever! If you are yearning for a tranquil retreat surrounded by the beauty of an island paradise this is the place for you. The beachfront villas are magnificent yet quite costly; so, we opted for an Oyster Pond townhome at CBC. (The harbor view townhome was very nice; yet, not the caliber of the beachfront property.) The photo gallery is very indicative of what to expect overall...pristine and beautiful. Dawn Beach is lovely...quiet, picturesque, and small. We will never stay in a hotel again...this place spoiled us! P.S. Renting a car is a "must" for grocery shopping and enjoying the many activities St. Maarten has to offer. (However, there are 3-4 restaurants and a convenience store (expensive) on the property just steps away from your accommodations if you are not one to venture out.)
“Completely Amazing Place”
We vacation every few months in St. Martin and always stay at CBC! They are very friendly and helpful, and the service is great. The premises are extremely well-maintained, housekeeping does a good job, and pools are clean. Honestly I would not opt to stay in the marina townhomes as having a private plunge pool with the villas is an opportunity not to be surpassed! Mr. Busby's, a pizza parlor, and Big Fish are right outside, and all are excellent places to eat. In terms of groceries, I have found the small store there to have extremely high prices ($11 for a bag of SunChips and 2 sodas) - I think they charge in guilders and don't bother to divide by 1.8 to get the true US dollar equivalent so it ends up being ridiculously expensive. Thus I would most def venture to Sang's Supermarket, or Mr. K's (on the way to Phillipsburg) for groceries at fair prices from well-stocked stores. If you are looking for exciting nightlife and bars (ie a "party place"), you should stick to a location closer to the airport; if you are looking for a high end, dignified location that has a beautiful beach with great snorkeling that is somewhat secluded away from hustle and bustle, this place is what you're looking for! We love this place and would not stay anywhere else on the island, period.

absolutely perfect. our villa was spotless, the view amazing, and the privacy priceless. can't wait to go back.
“Amazing property!”
We stayed in a beach front unit and were blown away. Next door you have Busby's, Big Fish and Island pizza. All were really good. You have to try their pizza. It is some of the best pizza we have ever had. Then at night, it becomes Danial's Italian. Some caveats include the weather. We visited in early May and actually wished it was warmer. Also, I would avoid Usave rental car. Are car sounded like it was going to brake down and could barely make it up hills. Also, we had an early flight and they would not let us drop off the car at the airport. So, we had to drive to the airport, check in our bags and drive back to usave so we came close to missing our flight because of Usave. Also, when we got there someone else was trying to exchange their broken down car. Over all a great place. Great food everywhere. Beach was nice but for great snorkeling you have to try Captian Allen's snorkeling tour. It is also just next door.
