“Very Comfortable”

I have atayed at this hotel multiple times. The service is very good and the facility maintainence is excellent. The breakfast selection is excellent.

A very comfortable and convenient place to stay. Nice staff, very excellent breakfast bar, near shopping and downtown.

“We stayed there New Year's eve....”

The bedroom was large with plenty of room around the two queen sized beds. The sitting area was comfortable and featured a hide-a-bed, small table/desk and kitchenette. No evidence of smoke in the room and at checkout we witnessed a couple getting fined $100 for firing one up in their non-smoking room! Sounds next door could be heard through the walls late at night on New Year's eve. The sink/counter was spacious but was located in the middle of the bedroom. The lights were a problem in the morning. But here is the best part... On New Year's morning the only evidence of any problems was a 1 sq. feet puddle of puke ten feet from the 4th floor elevator. When the desk clerk was notified, it was cleaned up in five minutes. Considering the holiday: the hotel stood up, the staff stepped up and it was a very pleasant experience.

“Good deal, good location”

Made reservation last minute and check was still easy and front desk staffed asked about my floor preference. Clean and comfortable. Easy to get downtown by car. Didn't get a chance to have breakfast but it was nice to be able to grab a cup of orange juice and some tea as i walked out the door.

“Impressed”

I checked in early to the hotel for my parents. The staff was very friendly and the room very clean and quiet. They also allowed for a late checkout of 1pm. It is close enough to downtown Minneapolis without having to deal with the traffic, directions or parking, especially if downtown is not the destination of interest. This is where I would have my family stay again who came to visit Minneapolis.

“Quality at a fair price.”

Everything was as advertised. The room was very nice and the bed was firm but comfortable. Breakfast was adequate and they kept up with a fairly large crowd on Sunday morning. Overall a very pleasant stay.

“Great stay, great price!”

Nice room, great price. Usually the room temp is not where I like it but this time it was great. Had a small kitchenette with fridge and microwave. Very pleased.

This hotel was very clean & the bed was so comfortable. The hotel had a list of places to eat nearby & directions to the most commom places to go.

“Can't wait to go back”

This hotel was great! The front desk was extremly helpful to us since my boyfriend had never been in the cities before. They provided detailed directions to major attractions, as well as made phone calls for us about hours of operation. The pool could have been larger and cleaner, but wasn't horrible. The breakfast was great as well!

“Great Location”

This hotel is in a great location about 5 miles west of downtown Minneapolis. There are many nearby restaurants, coffee shops and ample shopping.
