“Difficult to find”

With a location tucked back behind other businesses, we had difficulty in finding Springhill Suites, but once there, we were comfortable. It served us well on a Thanksgiving visit to the area. The pool and fitness room are small, and we wished them to be bigger.

“Excellence for the price”

I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel. I stayed an extra night as a matter of fact rather than find one closer to the airport the night before I left town. I was in town on business. The check-in was smooth, the staff friendly, and the room was very comfortable. I had a minor issue which was that my shower tub filled up rather quickly and needed to be roto'd or whatever. I asked to have it looked at, left for about an hour on errands, and it was working fine on my return. The breakfast is actually pretty decent...good variety and hot. The amenities are fine, the staff was very friendly, and an added bonus was that the hotel is across the street from a TGI Friday's for a night cap, or about a block from a shopping center for just about anything. I had business in St. Louis Park and downtown Minneapolis. Getting downtown was a breeze and did not take long at all. I highly recommend this hotel and will be returning to stay there every quarter on my business trips.

“Very Comfortable”

Very comfortable hotel. Slept well, room was spacious. Stayed 3 nights, liked having the living and kitchenette area.

“Last minute stay was very nice”

We booked this hotel at the last minute and got a great rate. It was a little bit out of the way, but worth it. When we checked in the front desk person was so, so nice and accommodating. We asked for a late check out and she said no problem, no charge, and even extended it. She was very, very nice and the room was too. We would stay again.

“perfect two day stay”

Our stay at the Springhill Suites in St. Louis Park was perfect. All the employees were friendly and helpful with all of out questions. The room was quiet, we never would have known there were people on the same floor. The breakfast fit our needs perfectly. Definitely would stay again.

“It was alright”

There was nothing wrong with the hotel but there was nothing special about it either. Everything was clean and the staff was nice. The continental breakfast had a good variety and the pool and hot tub were clean. It is in a nice location in Saint Louis Park and there was shopping and restaurants right by our hotel. We went out downtown and I believe we payed less than $20 for a cab each way.

“Great location”

The hotel is just west of downtown Minneapolis, and about 5 minutes from the Walker Art Center. If traffic behaves, you can get over to downtown St. Paul in about 15 minutes. Grand Avenue, Highland, Edina, and other prime locations in the Twin Cities are easily reached. The hotel itself is very nice, clean, well run and well-maintained.

Comfortable, quiet (in the rooms), convenient. Only problem was the *obnoxious* kids that were in the pool super late, screaming, and less-than-supervised. The accoustics in the pool area were horrible. Oh, and the pool closed for maintenance our last day, with no notice.
