“Exactly what I needed, would stay there anytime.”

The room was very comfortable with all the amenities I needed. 24 hour convenience store, pool/workout area, free wifi, free shuttle to anywhere in the area, free continental breakfast. Anything else I needed was close by. Couldn't have asked for more.

“Excellent Stay”

I was only in for one night for a Vikings game, but my stay was just excellent. From the front desk man to the wait staff, everyone was very pleasant and helpful. I will definitely stay here next time I am in the Twin Cities!

“First Stay at a Homewood”

This was our first stay at a Homewood Suites. We were quite pleases with the size and layout of our room. The staff was extremely helpful during our stay.

“Great Customer Service and Awesome Rooms!”

“overnight getaway.”

We grabbed a room here for an in town getaway. Perfect location as it was close to some of our favorite haunts. Quiet enough that even though we had a family with 4 small children in the room next to us we only heard them at the pool. We will be back.

“Nice hotel; good location”

Everything at the hotel was fine except for the housekeeping service. If the "Do not Disturb" sign was on in the morning when they first came around, they sometimes never came back at all that day. Happened a few days during my stay.

“Noisy room!”

The room itself was beautiful & clean. The hotel staff was perfect from the brief encounters I had with them. However, there was this loud noise that was coming from the walls, as if someone was using a power-drill on the other side of the wall behind our bed and from the bathroom. We didn't notice it right away, as we were out for dinner and out for a good majority of the evening. But arriving back to the room we noticed the noise and it went on & off all night. Needless to say we didn't get any sleep and actually left far before check out to head for home. We had wanted to get up early and go swimming in the pool, but since we were unable to sleep, we were cranky and tired and just wanted to get into our own beds. This is NOT how a hotel stay should be, especially a Hilton. We had plans for the day that were basically ruined based on not getting to sleep.
