The Guy working wasn’t the best. I couldn’t hear him an he acted like listen to me. I was but hard hearing him. The rooms aren’t very clean worried about bedbugs. Not a real breakfast. Not even little boxes of cereal. Very unsanitary. Wouldn’t never stay there again.

This facility is not intended for a healthy sane traveller. This facility is for the desperate. I regret going there. I Spent approximately 17 hours there before I checked out and went to a healthier, safer, cleaner and more pleasant place. The roaches, the stains everywhere on the floors, the fecal matter on the bathroom wall was all very disturbing. The door cards and the envelopes they are stored in are all preused.

It was difficult to sleep during the night and early morning while hearing loud and clear voices and the television loud volumes from the surrounding rooms. The doors also slammed loudly whereas the wall adjacent to the bed would tremor. You could see into the hallway beneath the door. The carpet, especially in the hallway was clearly worn and tattered with obvious stains. The bathroom lighting was poor, but sufficient throughout the room. The towels seem to be from a Dollar Tree store quality. The microwave cord had to be held for it to operate while using it. The bed mattress was comfortable, but the pillows were flat with no fluff. You could stack three of them for support. The continental breakfast was quite uninviting with a handful of miniature muffins, four to five 6 oz.size yogurts of two varieties, no water, and no fruit, but coffee and one juice selection.

I paid for the hotel through Expedia I get to the hotel there no rooms available and it stink and dirty I ask for a refund they said Expedia have to give it to me call Expedia and they said they waiting on the hotel to refund witch the hotel said they never got the money and I still haven’t been refunded worst hotel and third party company I every had to deal with

Please shut this place down! Management and staff so mean and hateful. Cussed me out. Threatened to call the police on me. I am a 53 year old woman with my granddaughter. Really? Rooms nasty mold stained sheets and I heard someone else say there was cockroaches. DONT STAY THERE.

Very dirty and ran down plus a sketchy area. The staff was very rude and did nothing to accommodate me being that I am a senior citizen. I could not use the restroom after traveling a distance until I actually was able to check in at 3:00 p.m. the service overall was very unacceptable.

The window's are broken i was in room 218 so anybody could climb in the window and do anything. I asked to be moved to another room with a window that shuts and they told me NO the toliet on the inside had poop, the bed sheets wasn't CHANGED then when we asked them to change the bed sheets they said they would BUT NEVER DID. Thos hotel is absolutely HORRIBLE

I booked this room had to wait 3 hours to check it or I had to pay another $50 to check it early There are more $70 plus a $50 deposit plus a $50 early check in for me it's enough to be able to stay there because they don't allow service dogs

First, the front desk staff was not friendly & I ended up having to pay an extra deposit when we checked in which was not mentioned anywhere. The hotel was carpeted & disgusting. No elevator, stairs were gross and creaking under every step. The curtains on most of the windows were falling down or broken. The whole building smelled like marijuana despite being nonsmoking. The room was musty-smelling, the carpet GROSS, there was stains and burn holes in the blankets, unidentifiable materials on the light switches, the thermostat was not functional. The bathroom had a half-roll of tissue, towels were haphazardly folded and possibly not clean?? The building across the street looked abandoned, windows busted out & the general area felt unsafe. Would not recommend to anyone and we will definitely never consider this hotel again.

Came in after midnight. Clerk smelled of weed. Room smelled and they could not come up with extra pillows. Room smelled like someone had been smoking. The room was worn and noise from next room kept us up half the night. Not a good stay and will not return to this property.

The staff was very unfriendly. The whole hotel has a bad smell. Our door won’t lock. Bathroom is sticky. Shower pressure is good. 1 thin blanket on the bed. We’ll NEVER stay here again

Other than being a place to sleep it wasnt really that great. Breakfast wasnt available and the coffee they had available had things floating in it and tasted old. The staff didnt want to communicate unless it involved money or having to move my car. Room had dirty carpets and trashes still full from the previous guest as well as a smelly bathroom and debris present in the shower tub. All the surrounding restaurants were amazing tho. But do better super 8 please

The person in charge wouldn't allow me to stay in the hotel because my mother asked to use the restroom and he made the entire process extremely difficult to deal with from the jump.
