We bought the package that said parking was included. It did not say it was some sort of separate parking garage. They ended up charging us an extra $53. No vending machines on our floor. A bottle of pledge was left on the tv stand. We paid over $300 and still no WiFi. Ridiculous. Would not recommend spending this kind of money when you can go a little further away and get better amenities/services.

Couldn’t get the thermostat over 70’ very cold in the room, couldn’t get waited on in the restaurant at $22,95 for breakfast. $7:00 for a cup of coffee. Next time I’ll be staying cheaper and better service at the Hampton Inn just a block away.

We have stayed at this location four times now during the Gateway Dirt Nationals. We have never had any issues. Unfortunately, this weekend was different. We had to go searching for towels and wash cloths each day and our toilet paper ran out on day two and it was almost impossible to get a new roll. I’m not sure if the housekeeping staff is understaffed or what the deal is. We also had issues with the hot water or lack there of. Our water was Luke warm at best.
