This is convenient and fine for a night. They have started to replace some things but the mattresses are getting worn, curtains starting to come off the track and we had no shower curtain on our tub! The staff were friendly, the room seemed clean and the breakfast was satisfactory.

Nice stay overall, but the walls are very thin. Bathroom vent is shared with neighbor. I was playing music while getting ready and neighbor yelled expletives' through the vent.

Hallways were dark, staff were not friendly. Tea and coffee only available during restaurant hours (6:30 -9:00). Had to replace key cards several times during the 2 day stay as they kept stopped working.

Very outdated property - however thankfully quite clean —old & dark hallway paint -phones didn’t work in room to call out- front desk guy delivered ice bucket and wine glasses when requested - but comfortable beds and very convenient to everything for a girls shopping weekend in Watertown !! for the price you can’t go wrong !!

The toilets in the rooms were not the average height. (They were much lower.) Beds were hard and not much light in the room. The bathroom mirror has a light a around it but it is NOT bright enough. I would not stay at this property again.

This is stated on the sheet handed out at check-in, and it is also posted on the directory inside the room. You are always welcome to pick up any extra supplies you may need at our Front Desk. Including extra blankets, tissues, and towels. We have someone working 24 hours a day, and our staff is always happy to help in any way that we can.

It was a real nice place but we happened to stay on an evening where they were having a mega party and there was a lot of activity going on. The breakfast was excellent!! The room itself was fine except the heater (blower) was very loud. Overall, it was a good experience and the price was nice.

We appreciated that the room was exceptionally clean and without a whiff of scented deodorizers! Unfortunately there is a bit of a gap under the door which allows in late-night noise from the hallway. We asked for extra pillows and they arrived promptly. The location is excellent. One can walk to restaurants on the strip and it is directly opposite the Salmon Run Mall.

The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The dining room was not kept tidy throughout breakfast, staff said, “ya, she will clean it when breakfast is over.” Someone had dumped a bunch of garbage in the parking lot over night and no one picked it up in the 4 hours from when we woke to checking out. Since the parking lot was out view from our room, it was very noticeable.
