We arrived before the check-in time so they looked after our bags and put them in our room when it was ready. We went for the deluxe double (gold) room which was nice and spacious with a balcony. Very nice bathroom with separate shower cubicle and TV to watch while in the bath. The traffic outside is quite busy and there was building work going on on a nearby site but with the balcony patio door closed neither was a problem. The pool at the spa was lovely and the spa staff very helpful. St.Helier in February is very quiet and after eating out on the first night and being one of 4 couples in a huge dining room, we decided to eat in the Royal Yacht's Cafe Zephyr on the second night. The food was good, a little on the expensive side, but the place was really busy with a good atmosphere. Hotel breakfasts were very good. Almost all tourist attractions are closed midweek/weekdays in February.

"Honeymoon delight."
We were looked after by the staff so well that we are already looking forward to our next visit. Our upgrade was greatly appreciated as were the honeymoon treats. Everything about the hotel, rooms, food and staff exceeded our expectations.

"Perfect location and outstanding staff."
Having read many poor reports on Trip Advisor we were worried we had made a mistake booking into teh Grand Jersey, well I can assure all visitors to Jersey that teh Grand Jersey is not at all as jhas been written about. The hotel is very welcoming, the staff are so helpful and happy at their work they can't do enough for you. We booked a Delux sea view room and the view over the bay looking out over Elizabeth Island was to die for and the room was large, very well decorated, clean and comfortable. We went for a couple of hourse each day into the spa and it was one of the best steam rooms and sauna's we have been into and again very clean. We will be going again.

Visiting Jersey for the first time in over 20 years , our target was relax, good food and enjoy the island. The choice of hotel can often be a gamble at this time of year, but this option delivered top marks. the ability to make all customers special throughout our stay was a master class from all staff members in Customer care (in all areas including housekeeping , service staff and to the senior management team) The quality of food was exceptional in all aspects of the dining experience with a special mention for breakfast retaining quality of a Fine dining establishment .

"The most comfortable room ever."
The hotel was everything I had hoped for and more, The room was large, very clean and the bed(and pillows} were so comfortable that I could have spent all weekend in bed! The bathroom was spacious and well equipped and everything worked as it should.Turndown was lovely, so discreet, bath towels replaced, fresh water by the bed AND homemade shortbread! Breakfast was more than adequate, the fresh fruit was delicious as was the coffee,, Most of all we enjoyed the spa,we swam every morning and the steam room was very therapeutic. Lastly, we ate in the Bohemia restaurant and although pricey,it was a delightful birthday experience. W e would love to come here again in the summer.

"Can't fault this hotel"
Fab location! Great deal ! Gills & grills dinner is fantastic (especially if you're a fan of seafood!) Only downside was our room was next to a housekeeping cupboard/ storage room, so slightly noisy during the day

"Charm & Character and helpful staff"
Having never been to Jersey before it was very much like a blind date as to what the hotel might be like. After research and weighing up the budget for hotel and facilities and board we decided to go to the Revere, St Helier. We were very glad we did as the location is idea for the harbour area an the town for any shopping. The staff are very helpful and polite and the restaurant and food were excellent value for money. There are a few higher star hotels in the area but this one overall takes some beating. Would definitely go back
