Good location about 15 minute walk from centre the reception staff friendly and helpful, the room looked like it had been refurbished recently and was spotless and kept that way through out my stay also very quiet but I was at back of building in the front is a very busy road so I guess more noise with window open. The breakfast was between 8 to 10am and was busy early so I got there at 945 but it felt like that was too late and they were winding down so rushed a bit.
We were treated well from the moment we arrived until even after we checked out! As our flight was not till evening we
were allowed to leave our luggage in the hotel and pick it up later to let us enjoy another day in Jersey.
Stayed for a weekend ,b & b, over to see friends and family. We were made very welcome by all the staff. Note to prospective visitors - lots of steps but not a problem unless you are mobility impaired.

This was a return visit to the hotel as I used to go as a young child, still as lovely as ever. The staff were beyond helpful and friendly. Hotel was clean and tidy. It is such a shame this hotel is closing, it's a great loss
We had a pleasant 3 night stay at this hotel. Unfortunately the weather was too wet to make use of the lovely terrace.
Breakfast was worth the extra charge.
Sleep quality was very poor as we had to have the window open to keep the temperature down and the seagulls woke us early every day (obviously not the hotel's fault).
Booked the Radisson Blu, in St Helier for a short break with husband and grand-daughter, was welcomed by friendly staff (Selena) who explained almost everything I wanted to know, without me having to ask. Lovely sea view room overlooking Elizabeth Castle, very comfortable beds, lovely bathroom with complimentary toiletries, whole room kept very clean and topped up with tea/coffee and biscuits daily. We did not use the bar or restaurant in the evening, but all the staff at breakfast were very friendly, it was very busy but we found if you were polite and friendly to them they were equally polite and friendly (especially to families with small children). The buffet breakfast itself had a very good selection of cereals, toast, fresh fruits, yogurts, pastries, continental meats and cheeses plus the full English selection. Tea and coffee orders were brought to you by your waiter/waitress. Our granddaughter went swimming every day in the pool, again the leisure staff were very friendly. The mid week "Meet and Greet" was a lovely idea, and gave residents the opportunity to meet members of staff to chat and ask advise in an informal atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had no complaints what so ever. I would recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.
We had a lovely overnight stay at the Royal Yacht...good location, efficient and helpful staff, clean, comfortable room, with use of lovely spa and a great breakfast. We ended up eating dinner in the outdoor terrace restaurant too as the atmosphere was buzzing and lively and heaters were lit!
The capital of Jersey and home to fewer than 30,000 people, St Helier boasts beaches, shopping, and culture. High street shops include department stores, designer shops, and fine quality jewellery boutiques. St. Helier also has the Jersey Opera House, which offers musicals, dance, and comedy.
