The exterior of this property offers under-house concrete parking, covered entry, a hot tub, an enclosed outdoor shower, a fish cleaning area, a park-style grill, and a private boardwalk leading directly to the beach. An enclosed foyer on the ground level leads to the floors above. The bright colors of the first floor's living/dining/kitchen area create an inviting space for your group to gather. The living area offers plenty of comfortable furnishings, a gas fireplace, and a TV. There is plenty of seating in the dining area for unforgettable seaside meals at two tables as well as the bar. The spacious kitchen has everything you need to feed your crew with lots of counter space to prepare beachside feasts! Sliding glass doors across the front of the house offer incredible views of the Gulf, and the large exterior covered deck is the perfect place to watch soaring birds and dolphins play. The first floor also offers a main bedroom with a private bayside deck. THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
