“VERY NICE PLACE TO STAY!”

Obviously, the owners (private business) take great pride in their facility. We were thrilled at how clean everything was! The decor was lovely. We really appreciated the large screen HD TV! They loved our little dog, and gave us great tips on where to go and eat.

I booked the room for my father, based on convience to wedding location and price. He was very pleased and also the upkeep of the hotel and room were very clean.

“Didn't like the frontdesk staff”

The room was great, the beds, the sheets, the pillows, the LCD TV, the bathroom with a nice shower and hot water, etc, etc. My only complain comes to the person at the frontdesk. I called saying I was going to check in late the night of December the 30th, and when I came apparently there was no problem, they told that they didn't have the room I reserved with 1 double bed, but they instead would give me a room with 2 double beds with no extra charge, so I agreed. The next day while I was celebrating my New Year's Eve I got a call from this staff member saying that they were going to move my things to another room because they needed the one I was staying in, what made me mad is that it wasn't like the person requested it as a favor, it was more like a notification that they were going to do it, so I had an argument because I refused to anyone touching my stuff, and besides that is something unheard of in the hotel business, after that I hanged the phone and ended up having a bad time thinking about the lack of professionalism and the idea that someone could have gone inside my room moving my things without my consent. Anyways when I got back to the room on the morning of January the 1st everything looked like when I left, so I had just an unnecessary bad time.
