The first room they gave me was under construction. The second room was occupied. The plumbing was not good in the bath tub. It didn't drain well and chunks of stuff came up out of the drain.

The place could be improved, the tub drained real slow while taking a shower. The wifi seemed very unstable and I had to reconnect every 10 min or so. The bed wasn't great, btt it was OK. The room was clean, and the staff seemed very nice.

The bathroom sink had cup rings on it, it hadn't been cleaned properly. The sink drain was worse than slow, the desk chair was broken, the alarm clock was broken. Peeling paint and worn fixtures. The beds were OK.

Sorry I usually don’t write reviews—-Basically the carpet throughout was dirty and worn out. And the bed sheet were old, used and didn’t look like they were washed.

Access was easy to find, check in was fast, staff was friendly. Our room needed some extra deep cleaning not just wipe off the top. Dust webs hanging in ceiling & other questionables. Breakfast was good as many things to choose from. Breakfast room floor was dirty & didn't appear to be from that morning as there weren't many there. We were just surprised as AmercInn used to be top notch back in the day.

Front desk receptionist was friendly and great. The 1st room we were given wasn’t cleaned yet, she then provided us with another room. The room was pretty outdated, our remote didn’t work, the walls were pretty disgusting, the ceilings were full of cobwebs and dust. The carpets most definitely have not been cleaned in some time.

Paid for in advance and non refundable otherwise we wouldn’t have spent 5 min in the place. Walking in you are met with a sickly sweet fragrance that they are using to mask the usual smell of the facility… carpets heading up the stairs to the assigned room & through out the hallways was the dirtiest I’ve ever seen . They have obviously deferred any expenditures on the place for a long time. There is a sign at the desk indicating that they are in the midst of Reno’s but I can’t believe this place was carrying an 8.2 rating on Expedia . This is after a night spent in another Expedia booked facility in London Ontario that was similarly carrying an inflated Rating for exactly the same reasons. Weirdly both places had good beds .

I will be reviewing this property on the Wyndham Hotel website but it was one of the worst, if not the worst hotel stay that I have ever been in. No room cleaning, no fresh towels or linens in the 7 nights I was there, a loud banging sound nearly every time the water faucets were turned on, a dirty carpet in the room and the same exact breakfast every single morning. I will never return to this property and the Wyndham hotel website review will receive all of my pictures, videos and evidence of how bad my stay was. I highly recommend the Quality Inn on 2nd Street in St. Cloud or the Days Inn as an alternative.

The television in our room was missing the HDMI cable and even when it was replaced, we couldn’t get the tv to work. They couldn’t get the tv in the lobby to work, either. This was an ok place to stay, but the carpets throughout the building needed to be vacuumed.

To begin with, she gave us room 206. We used the key, opened the door, and there was a man in his underwear heading into the bathroom. Very embarrassing to us and the gentleman. We were then given room 211. There are streaks of something down the wall by the sink. There wax hair in the tub. One bed looked like someone sat on the bed. Wrinkled.

For the price I paid I was very disappointed in the way the room looked. I took pictures if you are interested in seeing them. The base of the toilet and around the tub looked awful along with the rusted metal on the wall by the toilet. The paint job in the bathroom was sloppy. Dust on top of the toilet paper holder. The walls in the room were stuffed up. Around the light switches by the bed were dirty. When we ate breakfast there was no one washing off the tables before others had to sit to eat. Not very sanitary. Other hotels I’ve stayed at had someone monitoring the eating area. Very disappointed.

Stay was great for the most part, no elevator to transport luggage to second floor but stairs weren’t too bad. Bathroom wall could use some TLC, looked like a 6yr old painted them. Quite a bit of dirt and hair left over from previous guests and coffee maker was sticky. Bed was comfortable.
