Awesome stay in St Andrews
This home was perfect for our stay in St Andrews. It had everything you could need, was clean, and is extremely close to the downtown area. The owners were amazing and made sure we had everything we needed and provided great local knowledge. Check in was very easy. We’d definitely stay here again.

Lovely cottage
We had a great stay, the location is ideal for everything on offer in St Andrews. Communication with the owner was very good and the pictures do not do justice to this lovely property. Should we be back in St Andrews we would not hesitate to return to this property.

Fantastic, wonderful home!!
We had such a lovely stay in Ross’s home. It was the perfect size for our family of four, was perfectly clean, well-stocked kitchen, lovely outdoor garden, and just a few minutes walk to downtown St. Andrew’s. The host was absolutely fantastic in helping us arrange our stay! She answered our many questions promptly and even helped us arrange a delivery of groceries prior to our arrival. We will absolutely stay here again. It is a delightful place to visit St Andrews!

Very nice flat, well furnished and stocked ( a bottle of wine and shortbread were both welcome upon arrival). Walking distance to shopping in St Andrews. An ideal choice for a St Andrews visit.

Golf getaway
This property was perfect for me and my friend during our week long golf trip focused around St. Andrews and Fife, and could have accommodated a larger group. The dedicated parking spot was helpful for the rental car yet was still located in easy walking distance to many of the pubs and shops. Most of all though, the responsiveness of the host before, during and after the stay was tremendously helpful. They were extremely accommodating and worked with us to try and get golf clubs delivered early before we checked in due to the original destination rejecting them. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place for a St. Andrews visit.

Great place to stay for golfing or visiting St. Andrews!
Cute place, safe location! Owners created a lovely manual with everything you need to know about the place and St. Andrews. Easy to walk to everything or drive if necessary (walking St. andrews is much more interesting!). Are flights were changed after we originally booked and Ron and Kath made it easy to add an extra day. Quiet neighbours. Will definitely be back!

Terrific cozy unit and wonderful location!
Absolutely amazing!! Everything we needed was walkable. For our golf days Taxis were very accessible and inexpensive. The unit is clean and well stocked. Kath was available to answer any questions we had. Highly recommend staying here!!

Great stay!

Wonderful St. Andrews property
We stayed at this property for 3 nights in the beginning of June 2023. It is well maintained and clean. Showers worked great and the kitchen appliances we used worked well. It was nice to have a washer and dryer on site also. A dedicated parking space comes with this rental. It was nice not having to worry about parking. The neighbor was quite and located just a short walk from the downtown area. The photos on this listing well represent the property and the owners were very easy to communicate with. We would not hesitate to stay here again if we are ever back in St. Andrews.

It was so close to everything. The ladies walked around during the day, while the guys played golf. Only thing I would have changed was a bathroom downstairs. But it was great and we would stay again.

Ross, thanks for your communications and responsiveness. Our stay at your apt was outstanding. The location was perfect as were the ammenties in the condo. Special thanks for the informational packet. We followed your suggestions . The Granger Inn was a superb dinner and setting. Our visit to St. Andrews could not have been better. We hope to return soon.

Such a great holiday!
The property was very conveniently located, walking distance to all we wanted to do in St Andrews for graduation week. The luxury cottage was furnished with all we could need and was comfortable throughout. The owner/manager was very accessible and worked hard to ensure our stay was everything we wished it to be, and more. Every request we had was honored with gracious hospitality. We hope to return one day!

Home from home just a short walk from town. Felt like we were staying at a friends house rather than a rental property. Very comfortable beds and great quality towels and bedding. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

This property was better and more roomy than expected. Clean throughout. Very comfortable living room with satellite tv. Separate dining room with a bed made up, leading to a sunny (morning) furnished patio. Fully equipped kitchen at the rear of the cottage. Upstairs 2 large bedrooms and 2 modern full bathrooms. The beds were comfortable, quality bedding, and the neighbourhood quiet. Private parking space outside. Easy 10 minute walk up into St Andrews. Lots of current information provided by the owners.

Lovely cottage in great location
The cottage was lovely, and exactly as described online. It was cosy & very clean, and ideally placed for exploring St Andrews on foot. Our seven year old loved the narrow lanes and bridge over the burn on the way into town. We all loved the place and had a great time .

Super place, clean and warm. The best thing, though, was that Ross and Jennifer provided a very well equipped kitchen - i.e condiments, oil and sauces which meant it was easy to cook and didn’t have to buy everything at the supermarket. That aside, St Andrews is a great place for a holiday for all ages

Lovely cottage.
This house is in a perfect position for exploring all that St Andrews has to offer and once there you can park one car and forget about it as everything is within walking distance. The cottage is pleasantly quirky and is very well equipped to a high standard. The small courtyard is very sheltered. Parking a second car was not as easy as suggested as the nearby road is mostly double yellow lines and the few spaces were normally full. All in all we found this a very happy experience and would certainly book again if returning to the area.

We really fancied a little getaway for a few days and this lovely cottage came up trumps. A perfect location just 3 minutes walk to the main streets and beaches of St Andrews. The house itself was well equipped with plenty of room for all of us, we couldn't have asked for anything else. A lovely luxurious stay and we will definitely return again! Thank you!

Given the circumstances with COVID, we were a bit nervous about staying away from home. The property was ideal for our needs with a short walk to all the shops and restaurants, and comfortable accommodation for the whole family. The little garden was an added bonus. The property has a cosy, homely feel and we really enjoyed our stay.
