Everything was excellent. My only complaint is they are obviously short staffed. When I arrived at the lobby, I waited 20 minutes before the front desk person came to check me in. There was a sign saying she was away from desk helping a customer. They need nighttime maintenance staff so the front desk can be attended to at all times. She was very friendly and gave good service once there.

I travel to St. Albert regularly on business and this hotel doesn't ever disappoint. Staff are friendly and competent, rooms are nice - even the complimentary breakfast is decent. Highly recommended.

I travel to St. Albert fairly regularly on business and am very happy to have found this hotel. It is relatively new and spotlessly clean, the staff are friendly and enthusiastic, and even the complimentary breakfast is decent. If St. Albert is your destination, then this hotel is easily your best option by quite a wide margin.

We enjoy Best Western when we travel. The breakfast room was spacious, very clean and had everything we could want for a breakfast. The staff in the breakfast room were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The front desk staff were friendly.

As a frequent contractor who freqently travels i found this hotel to contain all the requirements of a comfortable stay.

“Slowest elevators ever”

Overall, the hotel was good, but the elevators were ridiculous. Stay on the first floor if you can and avoid the one glacial speed elevator. Otherwise, plan on the stairs.

Would prefer the check-in time (4pm) to be earlier & check-out time (11am) to be later, though the staff did accommodate my early arrival & late departure. There is only one elevator. The hotel is only 2 years old, so everything is still in superb condition. Breakfast is of a higher quality compare to most of the others I'd been to.
