“Okay stay”

I found a queen ant in the bathroom and one crawling on my pillow. My husband had a spider crawling on his cheek when he was about to fall asleep. Everyone was nice and the room was nice and looked clean but the insects made it an uncomfortable night. I would stay here only if I didn't have a better choice.

“oh but not fancy”

Room was fairly clean but there was some food crumbs in the drawers. It didnt smell bad but it also didnt smell clean.

“For two days my room was not made”

“The hotel is not for business travel.!!!!!!!”

my first night in my hotel i did not sleep because the hotel accpet dog's and they let the dog run arround the hall way and keep barking early in the morning 1 am all the way to 6 am. hotel manager is not good!!!!!!

“Dirty Dirty Dirty”

The only plus to this hotel was that it was right off the highway. The room was very dated and dirty in every aspect. Beds had random hairs, crusty things on them. I never go to springfield, only this time for a wedding...but wouldn't reccomned this place to anyone.

“Not Disabled Friendly”

Because of disabilities we require an handicap room with roll in shower. The hotel took the booking but did not even that kind of room. Not only that but they did not even have an handicap room (with tub) available. The first room they put us in (not handicap) was very musty. The tv did not work. We waited for over an hour to get switched to another room. The second night they moved us to a handicap room (tub only) that smelled of urine.
