“Will definitely stay again!”

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn while on vacation, and I would grade the overall experience as very good. The staff was friendly and professional, and attentive to my needs. The room was clean and comfortable, and the adjustable comfort bed was perfect after a long day of travel! My ONLY complaint about the room, was -oddly enough- the toilet. It was VERY loud when flushed. The problem with this, is in the middle of the night, you can hear the flushing from any room in the hallway. Aside from that, I would rate the hotel and its ammenities as excellent, and I would reccomend this hotel to anyone who is staying or visiting the Springfield area. Just watch out for the loud toilet!

“Good one”

Loved the hotel look and design, rooms nice and clean, comfort was ok . the thing i didn't like was the noise the air condition made, it came on often to recirculate the fresh air.Would stay again no doubt.

“Almost great”

The Hilton was great. Super clean, lots of great amenities, awesome breakfast (not included but only costs 10 bucks/person). The only problem was the outdoor firepit didnt work. We asked the front desk and they tried to get it lit and then onformed us that "this thing is always busted" We were told they would get it fixed, the next night still not working. As funny as it sounds this was the only reason we picked this one over other hotels in springfield.
