Gary was very friendly and welcomed us to Hampton! Room was very nice and clean! Very good buffet next morning! Highly recommend and will stay again!

Great hospitality. Comfortable and convenient room. They attended to a leak while I was out of the room for the day. Breakfast was worth the stay and the afternoon cookies and coffee. If I have to come back to Springfield, I will be coming back to the Hampton Inn.

As always the Hampton comes through. Especially the fruit water. The shower pressure and temperature control could have been better.

Mark who checked us in was very friendly and professional. When he noticed I had a bottle of wine under my arm he went into the kitchen and brought me a wine glass!! Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Love that coffee, tea and fruit water were always available.

A bit outdated but nice amenities
Traveled with husband, toddler, 8 year old, and two dogs. We requested a king bed with a sofa bed and it felt tight. Even so, the bedding was comfortable, staff was friendly, breakfast options were decent, and the hotel is conveniently located to pretty much everything! If our family needs a space that size again, would probably stay elsewhere, but for us as a couple or with no dogs, it's okay.

The area was quiet. If you were willing to drive a short distance, there were some decent dinner options nearby. Was traveling with an EV vehicle, it would be nice to have one to two EV charger stations in place. There was a hair on the bathroom vanity. The shower took a few minutes to heat up but once it did, it was great.

Couple Weekend
We loved that the hotel was convenient to just about everything! Shopping, restaurants, Bass Pro, breweries. The bbq restaurant in the parking lot was delicious and guests get 10% off! The pool was surprisingly cool and refreshing on a very hot weekend. Breakfast choices were plentiful and yummy. The "study" suite was really big and quiet. Desk staff were friendly and helpful.
