“Friendly staff, clean and quick check-in”

Hotel was nice and clean. Bed/pillows were not the most comfortable but was ok. Staff was super friendly. We reserved it online and when we checked in, everything ready and waiting for us.

The beds and bedding were very comfortable and clean. The front desk staff seemed overwhelmed at the stated 3 p.m. check-in time, so I would suggest waiting until a bit later. It seems that everyone arrives at once. We will definitely stay again just so we can enjoy the 4 pillows and nice mattress. The soap, shampoo and conditioner provided were also decent.

“Mixed review”

Location is good in Springfield. Bed was comfortable. I was placed in a handicap room, and the shower did not have a shower curtain. Also, the bathroom had been cleaned poorly before my arrival.

The hotel looked good on the outside and the inside, But the room needed dusted better.

“Would go back”

Overall a good experience and hotel. My only complaint was that breakfast was cold and the area for breakfast was too small.

“Older but well maintained”

Nice location with many restaurants within walking distance. Inconvenient to get towels from main lobby desk for pool. Bathroom was very small and compact.

“Cleanliness”

When we pulled up to the outside, I was rather alarmed because the grounds were weedy and unkept. When we went inside, the hallways were very dirty around the edges and the elevator seemed dirty also. Our room had an awful musty odor and we were very disappointed. The staff was very pleasant and helpful though.
