“Great hotel with a wonderful staff”
When we checked in, the front desk did not know we had booked a room with a king size bed, since we booked on Expedia, but she graciously changed us to a different room when I complained. We ended up staying at the hotel an extra night since my husband got sick, and the staff was extremely kind and accomodating, brought us extra towels, and offered to bring soup to our room. Actually I have never seen a hotel with a nicer staff, I was very impressed with the level of service we received. It is also in a great location with a nice view alongside the river. The room itself was very comfortable and clean, and the restaurant there served a nice breakfast. Great value too, we have paid more for hotels that were not nearly as nice.
“Beautiful room! Super clean and trendy! Will stay again soon!”
The room was very clean and well decorated. I was surprised that we couldn't hear the traffic of Division Street which was right outside. The bed was so comfortable and the room was tidy. The staff was very friendly at check in and check out. The location is close to downtown shopping and Riverfront Park, and about 10 minutes from the airport. I also like that it is close to the arena. I would definately stay here again soon.
“Made me a believer in Expedia!”
Stayed at the Red Lion the night before a flight--it was quiet, clean, beds were comfortable, and was very conveniently located. I was entirely sastisfied.

The room was very comfortable and clean - we enjoyed the Hotel being right on the river. We had an excellent breakfast at your restaurant and then went for a walk on the walking path to downtown Spokane to have a cup of coffee. Your Hotel really did make our vacation perfect and we will defiantly be back to stay again! Thank you, Tanna
“Nice Stay”
I would stay here again. Nice clean rooms and staff were great! The only minor complaint was with room service. I placed an order and it took over an hour to get my meal and it was cold when I did get it. Although this happened it would not keep me from staying here again!
“Very convenient to downtown Spokane, great customer service, great restaurant.”
We were there with thousands of people coming in for Bloomsday so everything was full. The service was still great, people were very helpful and courteous and the food in the restaurant was a treat. Would stay there again for sure!
“Good deal for the money for a riverfront view”
The hotel was very convenient to reach the downtown area of Spokane. It has a nice a view of the Riverfront. Close to the university. If you enjoy walking through trails and seeing the riverfront this is a nice place to stay. Only thing is it did not have an elevator. It's hard to have a family member if using a wheelchair. Also, it stated refridgerator available upon request. This was not availabe. Nice restaurant and bar.Pretty cozy.
“convenience and comfort”
It was a short walk to Gonzaga, not much else going on in that area of town.
“Perfect on the Riverwalk”
This hotel was affordable, bordering on posh, and right on the riverwalk next to Gonzaga U. Couldn't haveh ad a better stay.
“Great Stay, Great Price”
The hotel is very clean, the pools are nice and there is a nice view of the river. The hotel is HUGE! Very clean, and the best pricing I could find.
